Now, the Himalayan Yoga Association has opened a new yoga school with the name of Bali Yoga School in the heart of Bali (Ubud), nearby the Monkey Forest, with plans to set up all yoga teacher training and yoga retreat programs. This is done to spread yoga from its birthplace, which is Rishikesh, so that the students who wish to learn yoga in Bali will get to experience the purest form of yoga.
The accommodation offers guests a tranquil, rejuvenating, home away from home experience. The room has its own bathroom and a porch overlooking the jungle. You also get free access to high-speed Wi-Fi internet.
The bedroom has a spacious and comfortable twin shared bed.
Due to pandemic, borders are still closed for tourist visas. But you can join training through B211 E-visa. Himalayan Yoga Association is sponsoring the students to get this visa. It will cost you 350 USD with 2 months' stay permission and you can extend it further for 4 months more with some extension visa fees. All that the Himalayan Yoga Association required from your side are passport copies & visa fees to apply for a visa.
Students who complete their subsequent training are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®).
A perfect foundation is needed if you’re willing to learn the higher and much more advanced form of yoga. In that way, the 100 and 200-hour teacher training programs introduce you to the basics which helps to lay the foundation. The 300-hour multi-style Ashtanga/Hatha and Vinyasa flow-based yoga teacher training in Bali will help in building an elegant structure upon it. The 300-hour training program is designed in such a way that it lets you understand the details and gives you the exposure to be a profound yoga teacher. At the Himalayan Yoga Association in Bali, there are a lot of students opting for the 300-hour teacher training program once they are done with the basics which gives them a better understanding of the process.
On 1st week - Introduction to traditional Ashtanga yoga and Vinyasa, and sun salutation A and B
On 2nd week - Seated sequence postures and finishing sequence postures
On 3rd week - Some advance postures/teaching methods/teaching by students

All classes are mandatory only in case of an emergency or illness one can take leave with respected teacher permission. Uninformed leaves won’t be accepted and this will leave a bad impression on student monthly performance.
A high degree of self-motivation is required for all aspects of the course. The practice and especially the teaching of yoga demand a high degree of self-discipline and purity. To ensure the success of the program, participants are required to attend all spiritual activities, meditation sessions, lectures, and asana classes. Meat, fish, eggs, black tea, coffee, alcohol, tobacco, drugs, and nudity are prohibited during the course as they are counterproductive to the yoga practice. Participants who do not comply with the school rules may be dismissed from the course.
Smoking and alcohol are strictly prohibited in the school. If you are having a fast any day, you have to inform the kitchen manager for avoiding food waste. Always make discipline, respect teachers, and follow all rules. Always be on time, you are late means will not be permitted to join the class. Clear your books of account before departure from
Himalayan Yoga Association.
Before departure return your books, maps or any goods which you borrowed. Himalayan Yoga Association provides accommodation for a student who joins the yoga course. So any friends or relatives will not be included in accommodation however they can stay in school by renting another room. Students have to be present in all scheduled programs of the Himalayan Yoga Association.
