You will be staying in a shared room in HIYA, with attached bathroom with hot and cold shower. There are a lot of facilities at Himalayan Yoga Resort that you can enjoy during your stay, such as dining area, garden, healing chamber, library, and free Wi-Fi.

  • Physiology of chemical digestion, the position of the alimentary canal, asana principles in the digestive system, mechanism of respiration, air composition; vital-R.R.

  • Hypothalamus and major hormones; Immune organs and their functions and yogic concern; reproduction and reproduction physiology and karma

The teaching training program will take place at the Himalayan Yoga Academy in Kathmandu, Nepal. You will stay at HIYA, away from the noise and air pollution of the city, the center rests above a lush vibrant valley surrounded by beautiful gardens, a local village, and a forest nearby. It is the perfect environment for spiritual growth.

Kathmandu is the capital and largest municipality of Nepal and is the gateway to tourism in Nepal. It is portrayed as a beautiful valley with historical landmarks, the old monasteries, arts, cultural heritage, and as the city of temples.

The yoga teacher training includes daily breakfast, lunch, dinner, and herbal teas. Organic, vegetarian, and vegan diets are followed as much as possible, using locally-grown fresh produce. Every guest will get a bottle of mineral water. Feel free to refill your bottle in the dining area.
