Program

The tour starts with a jungle safari and wildlife adventure in Chitwan National Park observing globally threatened spices together with a cultural presentation of indigenous Tharu people. Move to visit the birthplace of Lord Buddha, Lumbini, situated 300 kilometers from Kathmandu.

Lumbini is the foundation of world peace and pilgrimage for all peace-loving people, bearing significance to the life, enlightenment, and death of Buddha. We will travel to the world’s best tourist destination, Pokhara. As Nepal is a Himalayan country, a tour to Pokhara will be a fantastic journey where travelers possess enough time to enjoy this lake city and the Himalayan views at the same time.

Day 1: Arrival day

  • 19:30 - 08:30 Bhakti yoga (Prayer/chants), Trataka (Concentrated gaze), and discussion

Day 2: Kathmandu exploration day

  • 06:30 - 08:00 Prayer, warm-up exercise, Suryanamaskar, yogasana, pranayama, Shanty Path (Peace Mantra).
  • 06:00 Wake up and Ushapan (Early drinking water)
  • 06:30 - 07:00 Jala Neti (Nasal cleansing) and herbal tea
  • 07:00 - 08:45 Bhakti yoga (Prayer/Chants), warm-up exercise, Suryanamaskar, yogasana, bandha, pranayama, Shanty Path (Peace Mantra)
  • 09:00 - 10:00 After breakfast in the morning, go for the Kathmandu sightseeing tour. You are going to do the UNESCO cultural heritage tour today which includes:

Pashupatinath - A holy pilgrimage for Hindus and Hindu crematorium, watch as the Hindu dead bodies are cremated in the most unique way in the world; come across men with ash-rubbed bodies, matted locks, and a dreaded look which is the typical look of a Hindu Holy Men known as Sadhus.

Boudhanath - The biggest Buddhist temple in the world; a site for Tibetan Buddhism where you can visit monasteries, and watch the Holy Monks busy in their chanting ritual going around the temple.

Day 3: Kathmandu- Chitwan

  • 06:00 Wake up and Ushapan (Early drinking water)
  • 06:30 - 07:00 Jala Neti (Nasal cleansing) and herbal tea
  • 07:00 - 08:45 Bhakti yoga (Prayer/Chants), warm-up exercise, Suryanamaskar, yogasana, bandha, pranayama, Shanty Path (Peace Mantra)
  • 09:00 - 10:00 After breakfast, start at Chitwan National Park by cab. It takes about 6 hours to reach this beautiful national park down south of Nepal.

Chitwan National Park was once the hunting ground of British and Nepalese aristocrats. Today, the animals: elephants, rhinoceros, tigers, leopards, and deer are protected, not shot. This national park is enlisted in UNESCO’s Natural Heritage Site. Stay in a hotel and have evening meditation and dinner.

Approximate distance is 165 kilometers and the approximate travel duration is 6 hours.

Day 4: Chitwan exploration day

  • 06:30 - 08:00 Prayer, warm-up exercise, Suryanamaskar, yogasana, pranayama, and Shanty Path (Peace Mantra)
  • 08:30 Breakfast

Full day in Chitwan National Park for exciting activities like jungle walk, village visit, canoeing, visit the elephant breeding center, bird-watching, etc. A nature guide will lead you through all the activities giving you more insights into the wildlife, flora, and fauna in the national park. Views of wild and aquatic life like rhinoceros, deer, bears, crocodiles, and different birds can make your day there.

In the evening, enjoy the Tharu cultural show. Tharus are aboriginal people of the area who have their own language, culture, and tradition. Stay in a hotel and have evening meditation and dinner.

Day 5: Chitawan - Lumbini (Birthplace of Buddha)

Drive to Lumbini after breakfast. Lumbini is the birthplace of Buddha where you will explore Buddhist monasteries of different countries and faith; visit the Mayadevi temple and sacred garden. The approximate distance is155 kilometers and the approximate travel duration is 4 hours. Stay in a hotel and have evening meditation and dinner.

​Day 6: Lumbini exploration day

  • 06:30 - 08:00 Prayer, warm-up exercise, Suryanamaskar, yogasana, pranayama, and Shanty Path (Peace Mantra)

Lumbini exploration starts after breakfast. Visit monasteries, the sacred gardens, the Mayadevi temple, and the vicinity. Find some time to meditate in the sacred garden under a Bodhi tree near the sacred pond of Pushkarini. Stay in a hotel and have evening meditation and dinner.

Day 7: Lumbini to Pokhara (Lake City)

  • 06:30 - 08:00 Prayer, warm-up exercise, Suryanamaskar, yogasana, pranayama, and Shanty Path (Peace Mantra)

Drive to Pokhara after breakfast. The drive is a very scenic one on the mountain highway. Enjoy the drive in the mountains of Nepal. Stay in a hotel and have evening meditation and dinner. The approximate distance is 201 kilometers and the approximate travel duration is 8 hours.

​Day 8: Pokhara exploration day

Wake up early in the morning and drive to Sarangkot, a beautiful hill in Pokhara famous for sunrise. A real close-up look at the Annapurna and Fishtail, and the unparalleled sunrise from there makes a perfect start to your day. After sunrise, come back to the hotel by hiking down for around 45 minutes.

After lunch, go hiking after boating in the lake up to the World Peace Stupa, a nice hiking destination in Pokhara that will take you one hour to reach the top. It’s a beautiful viewpoint and a Buddhist Pilgrimage as well. Later, come down to visit Davis falls and cave and Tibetan Refugee Camp. You can choose to do some adventure activities like paragliding, ultralight flight, and zip flyer as well with an extra cost. Stay in a hotel and have evening meditation.

​Day 9: Pokhara to Kathmandu

  • 06:30 - 08:00 Prayer, warm-up exercise, Suryanamaskar, yogasana, pranayama, and Shanty Path (Peace Mantra)

You are driving back to Kathmandu today after breakfast. It takes about 7 hours to reach Kathmandu. You can fly back at an extra cost. Later in the evening, go for a farewell Nepali dinner with a cultural show in Kathmandu. The approximate distance is 200 kilometers and the approximate travel duration is 7 hours. Stay in a yoga resort and have evening meditation and dinner.

​Day 10: Departure day

  • 06:00 Wake up and Ushapan (Early Drinking water)
  • 06:30 - 07:00 Jala Neti (Nasal cleansing) and herbal tea
