As you head to Kande, the trail further passes through magical rhododendron forests, terraced farms, the ethnic villages of Gurung and Magar, and glorious rivers.

You will be picked up from the airport or bus station after your arrival and transferred to your hotel in Pokhara. Later, you will have a briefing about the itinerary for the trip to the hotel. Stay overnight at a hotel in Pokhara.
Early morning starts your day with yoga and meditation after having breakfast drive to Kande, which takes about 1 hour. Enjoy the scenic views of green hills along the way. After that, start your trek to Pothana, then continue the trail to Deurali through rhododendron forests. See a glimpse of the Himalayas. End your day with an evening yoga and meditation session. Stay overnight at the teahouse in Deurali.
Begin the day with a morning yoga and meditation session. After breakfast, start your adventurous journey towards low camp through the lush green forest with the glamorous views of Mt. Annapurna and Mt. Dhaulagiri. Relieve your body with the yoga and meditation session in the evening. Stay overnight at the teahouse in low camp.
Starts your day with a yoga and meditation session, and after breakfast, you'll be heading towards high camp at an elevation of 4000 meters. You will be walking through the grasslands of the high region with a beautiful rhododendron forest, where you will get to see the beautiful, colourful bird Danphe. Along the way, you are rewarded with stunning views of the Himalayas. You will have a relaxing yoga and meditation session in the evening. Stay overnight at the teahouse in High Camp.
Today is the main day of this trip! You will start hiking in the early morning, around 4 a.m., to the upper viewpoint to witness the magnificent sunrise over the Himalayas. At the viewpoint, you'll be doing a yoga session. The beautiful views of the sunrise and the Himalayas will make your trip amazing and unforgettable. Then, enjoy the walk to the base camp, Annapurna Chasm, and there will be Mardi Himal right in front of you. Also, you will get a chance to observe the closest view of the Annapurna ranges from base camp. After lunch, you will start your trek to Badal Danda overnight. Finish your day with an evening of yoga and meditation, and spend the night at a comfortable teahouse in Badal Danda.
Last day of the trip! Early morning, after yoga and meditation sessions and having breakfast, starts trekking to Sidhing village. The trekking trail is beautiful as you walk through the forest filled with red rhododendron flowers. Upon reaching it, you will get to explore the culture, traditions, and everyday lives of Gurung people. Then head back to Pokhara, enjoying the scenery of mountains, green hills, and the dazzling river along the way. You will have an evening yoga and meditation session to relax your body, mind, and soul. Enjoy the farewell dinner provided by our teams. Stay overnight at a hotel in Pokhara.
This is your final day of the Mardi Himal Yoga trip. Early in the morning, you will have a yoga session, then have breakfast. At about 7:30 am, you will drive back to Kathmandu with our staff and transfer to your hotel. Evening, you are welcome to join dinner with a cultural show.
Basu is an Osho blessed Sanyasin with all his desires fulfilled and no other fulfillment left in his side. The Swami has completed a Master's degree in Buddhist Religion and Philosophy in first degree honor from Tribhuvan University. He has done most of the courses relating to Osho disciplinary including therapies, meditation, yoga, Reiki, energy work, bodywork, and so on.
All the meals are included on the trek but there will be only breakfast while you are in Kathmandu.
Himalayan Recreation Treks & Expedition P.ltd doesn't include drinking water on the trek which you can buy a number of places for between 1 USD and 3 USD a bottle (it gets more expensive towards base camp). A better solution is to buy water tablets in Kathmandu for around 2 USD and treat the water (your guide can help you find the good places to fill your water bottle).
