Completely renovated in 2022, the 4-star boutique hotel has 25 family rooms and suites, each uniquely decorated with a view of the vineyards, patio, and park. The hotel offers on-site gastronomic restaurants, a heated pool, a fitness center, and a full-service spa.

The rooms are spread across two buildings within a 2-minute walk of each other: Le Presbytère, which has 10 rooms and features the “bistronomic” restaurant La Réserve du Presbytère, awaited a Michelin Bib Gourmand, and Les Muriers, which offers 15 rooms and the chic trattoria Pollo O Manzo restaurant.

The entire resort includes 25 rooms and suites, along with two separate restaurants. The Le Presbytère building will be privatized if 10 rooms are reserved.

The hotel consists of completely renovated stone buildings, designed in a "contemporary Tuscan" style, showcasing discrete luxury with a sober, warm, and refined atmosphere.

Each room features king-size double beds that can be converted into two single beds, along with top-of-the-range bedding. The bathrooms are equipped with Italian showers and/or bathtubs, separate toilets, and hairdryers. Additional amenities include a luggage rack, a safety deposit box, and Coding and Fragonard toilets. Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi, a mini-bar, and a Nespresso machine.

Program

Pause and Tune In:

Daily morning yoga sessions are an opportunity to pause, connect to your body, and turn inward before embarking on the outer journey that awaits in the afternoon.

Each 2-hour morning session includes a philosophical talk, stories picked from traditional Indian literature and mythology, an all-level movement practice (up to 45-50 minutes), breath awareness practice, guided relaxation, and live music and chanting.

A daily philosophical theme will serve as a “fil-rouge” or thread to the rest of the day, bringing mindfulness to the outings, and presence in the exploration and afternoon encounters. Restorative and meditative practices offered at the end of the day allow you to unwind, relax, and digest new experiences.

Expand and Enjoy

Daily cultural explorations will help you discover the multifaceted nature of the Bordeaux wine region, including visits to world-renowned vineyards and wine Chateaux and walking tours of the UNESCO heritage sites of Bordeaux and St Emilion. Indulge in a day of leisure in the Bay of Arcachon, offering ample time for relaxation, spontaneity, and contemplation. Whether strolling through the old town or cruising the Bay by boat to savor local oysters, the day is yours to enjoy at your own pace.

Daily meals are an opportunity to unwind, enjoy simple but exquisite local food (maybe some wine!), and linger in soul-nourishing conversations. Enjoy relaxing, wandering vineyards, or reading a book by the pool.
