Why not combine trail running in a stunning location with daily yoga sessions, designed especially for runners by Helen Clare Yoga. Enhance your yoga practice and get to grips with challenging but beautiful trail runs, also led by Helen: train on the trails in the morning and restore and replenish with yoga in the evening.
Yoga and running in magical Turkey
These holiday retreats will be held at the gorgeous Faralya Hotel in rural southern Turkey. Set in idyllic forest along the southern coastline, perfectly located for practicing yoga on the deck, with sea and mountain views, and running along the Lycian Way, the ancient coastal path, home of the Lycian Way Ultra Marathon. Set in the mountains, away from towns and resorts and cooled by the shade of pine and olive trees, The Faralya affords magnificent views of the Aegean coast.
Beginners and non-participating are welcome
Beginners to yoga are very welcome but you should have off-road running experience of at least half marathon distance and be fit and ready for the week. Non-running partners are also welcome! They can take the opportunity to stay by the pool, sea or explore at their own pace.
