Heidi Horne

Heidi's passion for yoga and wellness allows her to share her knowledge with her students. She aims to guide others to connect the body, mind, and spirit, as well as to create a balanced and joyful life. She has been described as passionate, energetic, happy, and positive, and loves to inspire people to live their best life in optimum health through yoga and wellness. Her qualifications include 1,000 hours of yoga teaching, aromatherapy, remedial massage and therapies, and level one and two wellness coaching.

      I have attended 2 of her weekend retreats during the past 12 months, both located in the Hunter Valley NSW. I found both extremely stimulating & rewarding. Heidi goes out of her way to find fitting locations to host these weekends and then each session is varied in both situation and content. Mornings on the lawn with grazing kangaroos, evening session under the wisteria with the sun setting. Another time, in the old church with candles or walking meditation? Just to mention a few. Heidi leads you on an awareness path, not only of the body & mind, she balances the whole experience with a down to earth approach. Providing food samples (with recipes) and encouraging further embrace of the yogi ways.

      I look forward to my next Heidi yoga retreat weekend.

      I had the absolute pleasure of attending one of Heidi Horne Health and Wellness retreats on the weekend. As I am very new to Yoga and have not practised regularly I was very nervous about attending this retreat and hoping I could keep up - but I need not have worried! With the kindness and guidance of Heidi I was able to practice yoga and meditation in a way that I was comfortable with and challenged.       Thank you Heidi for another fabulous weekend. This is my third yoga retreat with you and this was fair the best yet. The venue ,food and service was first class. The yoga classes were very well thought out and was complimented by the locations you selected for us. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and came away feeling relaxed and rejuvenated plus it reminded me about the endless benefits of meditation. I will definitely be using the tools I learned over the weekend on a daily bases. Thank you for the countless hours of planning this weekend it was beautifully delivered .
