Join Heather and other fellow hikers and yogis on a fierce adventure in the Smokey Mountains. Enjoy daily Restorative and Gentle yoga flow overlooking the lush view of mountains range. Experience and treat yourself with daily guided mountain hiking adventures. Apart from comfortable lodging, daily hearty and energizing meals will fuel your body for your yoga and hiking escapade!

You will stay 1 night at Mount Leconte Lodge. For the other 2 nights, a comfortable stay will be provided for you.

    Heather teaches in a dynamic and firm, yet non-threatening way. She always brings something new to the table whether that be in a class atmosphere, boot camp​, private training/yoga or retreats. She brings a multifaceted approach to health & wellness with her in-depth knowledge of the yoga practice, exercise, and diet. Heather is strongly intuitive and steps deeply into the present moment with you to give the best service possible. She almost always combines exercise and yoga in her offerings and sometimes even a healthy, delicious treat!

    "I was not quite sure if I could do bootcamp when I started and ten months later I am still going strong! I feel stronger, more toned and I feel so much better. I feel guilty when I have to miss a day because I know everyone else will be there. It is challenging and rewarding. Heather is a great teacher and motivator. She always gives a modified option if you can’t quite do the exercise. Heather is always positive and encouraging. I have not felt this good in years! Thank you, Heather!"

    "The yoga, hiking, and vegetarian food retreat was the perfect getaway for the approaching cold weather slump we all face. It’s a perfect pairing of yoga and hiking with open conversation and relaxation. You learn a lot about your practice, new or experienced with yoga and you really get to push yourself on the hikes. You feed your soul with spiritually based questions / conversations, your belly with Heather’s delicious food and your heart with the love radiating from the leaders and the attendees. I’d recommend it in a heartbeat - to get away with girlfriends, to take a break from family/friends and a chaotic life or just for a positive refresher and opportunity to reset your intentions."
