Vyda Bielkus

As a champion of self-transformation and an accomplished entrepreneur, Vyda works on projects that bridge the gap between business and wellness. In addition to teaching regular yoga classes and frequent workshops and trainings, Vyda co-leads “Train the Trainer” programs and is registered with Yoga Alliance as an E-RYT 500-hour yoga teacher. She writes about yoga, coaching, and wellness for many publications, including Elephant Journal, Do You Yoga, The Examiner, and The Huffington Post.

Aida Bielkus

Aida is a dedicated master health yoga life coach, coach training program faculty, and yoga teacher. She helps individuals create effective change in their lives by trusting in and maintaining continual advocacy for their whole authentic self. She also feels fortunate to have co-founded Health Yoga Life with a group of women who share a joint vision, and believes honoring work and home life balance is fundamental. Her yoga teaching is uplifting and energetic, and will help you connect to your authentic nature.

Cathy Lorberbaum

Cathy has been a yoga instructor in the District of Columbia area for more than 10 years. She loves what yoga focuses on: the infinite possibilities for self-transformation, physical and spiritual strength, and appreciation for life. She identifies her approach as one of exploration, a search for inner-balance, and being in touch with one’s body. She feels yoga can release the tension that can accumulate in the body and mind due to the realities of living in today’s fast-paced world. Her own practice has helped her to be more resilient and flow with the challenges of life.

I did Sunday morning power flow with Meghan. The class was the perfect balance of flow and depth. The studio was clean and appropriately heated. I've been to a lot of yoga studios and was was one of the best I've experienced. Highly recommend!!
