Satori Gozo Center can accommodate up to 25 people in 3 different houses. You will be staying in either one of the shared room or a double room with your partner. All the rooms are designed with soft color. The kitchen, bathroom, and living room are shared. You are free to use the private swimming pool, and visit the treatment room to book a massage or acupuncture treatment.

During this retreat, you will learn about the five elements with special activities each day. You will enjoy daily yoga classes and experience a workshop for each element per day. You will dwell into the profound knowledge of the five elements: earth, metal, water, wood, and fire.

Throughout the retreat, you will enjoy grounding exercises, a sound bath, swim at Ramla Bay or take a boat trip to Comino, have a bonfire in a cave, and hikes in nature.

    After more than seven years of medical studies in Hong Kong, Sean achieved his dream to become a traditional Chinese medicine doctor. He finished his degree of Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture in HKU and his master's degree of Sport Medicine and Health Science in CUHK. He is specialized in treating sports injuries and pain syndromes using acupuncture. Sean finished his yoga teacher training in India and started teaching in various European countries, focusing on Hatha yoga and Yin yoga. He also took an advanced course on Aerial yoga in Thailand. He is also a Qigong teacher.

Satori Gozo Center is located in the village of Xaghra. It is a holistic center perfect for relaxing your body, mind, and spirit, to immerse yourself into absolute tranquility. With a private swimming pool and a massage treatment room, you can swim, enjoy sunbath or have a massage during your free time. Satori Gozo Center is about 15-minute walking distance to Ramla Bay, the most famous beach in Gozo. Xaghra town center is 10 minutes away on foot.

You will enjoy three yogic meals daily (breakfast, nutritious yogic smoothies, and a light dinner) with fresh vegetables, fruits, nuts, and seeds. The professional chef will make sure your guts and taste buds are well-catered, and there will be a twist on the food according to the element of the day. Special dietary requirements can be arranged.

During this retreat, you will have a free day in which you will have plenty of options to enjoy yourself. You can get a relaxing massage, hike in the unspoiled and sacred country roads, practice scuba diving or snorkeling, take a boat trip to Comino Island, visit Citadel and other historical sites, or walk through local markets.

    CONS Cons: The schedule kept chopping and changing. However, once we said that we would like our expectations to be managed, things seemed to improve. The sound bath experience could have been better. We arrived late and had to sit in another part of the room, not where the action was happening, so the experience was diluted. Nevertheless, it was fascinating and I also wish to explore this further.

    PROS Pros: The acupuncture was amazing, I didn't have back pain the following morning for the first time in years. The knowledge gained on the Chinese elements was fascinating, definitely something I'd like to explore further. The horse yoga was a once in a lifetime experience! Value for money I would say was excellent, given that Sean spent so much time with us. We could ask him any questions and receive tailored advice.

    Most rememberable time

    PROS Pros: I was amazed by the fact that Sean has organised the retreat even I was the only one participating. Since this was my first yoga retreat ever, I didn't really know what to expect. But this whole week to me was perfect. Sean has organised everything well and made me feel welcome all the time. I even met some of his great friends, which made this a quiet and relaxing but still sociable holiday. The yoga lessons were brilliant, and it was nice to try out new things for me. Especially the yoga at the farm with curious animals around us was breathtaking. And partner yoga was a really fun experience. The workshop each day was very interesting and is something I'll definitely keep in mind! Altogether I had a brilliant time with good yoga, food and nice people. And I have to say that I feel honoured to have met Sean! He is a peaceful and calm person, who inspires and gives love and energy to everyone around him. Namaste

    CONS Cons: The training does not provide tolerance and assistance for yoga beginners and helping to overcome the difficulties , indeed the student is treated like he was "inferior" during the training, which never should occur in a olistic class. More propaedeutic way of teaching could be developed to assist people with specific physical problems. The cooking teaching didn' t take place. Some transport during the excursions seemed unsafe.

    PROS Pros: The space concept, the excursions, the welcoming of the teacher and his willing.
