Yoga Retreats (1)
Natsumi was born in Japan, she teaches basic Hatha yoga since 2012. For her, practicing yoga helped a lot to learn about life. It’s "art of living"! Asana, yoga philosophy, meditation, and yogic food diet completely changed her life. Being in nature is also one of the best ways to be who she is. Natsumi believes that yoga and simple lifestyle is the best tool to help with personal wellness (mind, body, and soul). She’d love to share her life experience with you. She is also a massage therapist, Reiki practitioner, and Oracle Card Reader. Loves drawing and creating things!
Bojan was born in Serbia. He has been living as a Vedic Priest Brahmana in temples for 15 years in Germany and the United States. His passion is to share the art of living with people for discovering their heart and soul. He is offering people to know the right spiritual knowledge of real life and real happiness with his own real experience and knowledge of Bhagavad Gita. He is doing "inspirational talk" to inspire people's heart. He is also a great chef with lots of knowledge about Ayurvedic food, Reiki master, and also a professional martial art trainer, too.

"Relaxing and Rejuvenating"
Natsumi was incredibly warm and accommodating. She picked us up from the train station and brought us to wonderfully home-cooked vegan dinner. Her meals are incredible. She also taught us to make vegan sushi which we have made a couple of times since our stay. Each night Natsumi brought us to an Onsen which was incredibly relaxing and a very cool experience. In the mornings we did yoga to start off the day and Saturday we did a mountain hike. It was so great to be out in nature with our devices tucked away. It really helped my partner and I get our minds off work and all the other stressors in our lives. Natsumi has this calm contagious manner about her which we have been able to keep with us since our stay. I would highly recommend the retreat!

"My first yoga retreat was amazing"
I loved the 100 year old house we stayed in. We could hear millions of tiny frogs in the rice paddies across the street, but not so loud that it was hard to sleep. The house didn’t have hot water, so our clever host took us to the local onsen at night, also a first for me. I’m used to morning showers, but I think the onsen was the perfect way to end the day. I slept very well, the food was great, the yoga was a style I haven’t tried before and the slow pace was a new and appreciated challenge. The surrounding nature and the walks/hikes that were available were beautiful. It was a thoroughly restful experience and I’m so glad I did it.

"Perfect Yoga Getaway"
I liked that the type of yoga was entirely up to me and what I was looking for, whether it be more intense, or more yin based. Natsumi is ready and capable to give whatever it is that the practitioner needs. The food was incredible, Bojan is an amazing cook, even non-vegetarians would not leave this place hungry, but as a vegetarian myself, I was blown away by his creativity with simple ingredients and am inspired to cook more myself. The whole schedule was flexible and open to change, based on what it was that I needed (i.e. more alone time, more walking, more yoga), I always felt comfortable with no pressure to do any one activity in particular. Natsumi and Bojan are two of the kindest people I have ever met, and are so warm and welcoming from the moment you meet them. Anyone looking for a yoga experience in Japan, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, should definitely consider this retreat with them, you will not be disappointed.

"A magical experience"
Natsumi and Bojan are two of the most authentic people you will ever meet. They welcome me into their home and friendship was quick to blossom. Natsumi's fun loving energy, her yoga sessions with inspirational stories. Bojans exceptional cooking along with his simple yet inspiring parables was exactly what I needed.

"Highlight of our stay in Japan! "
We loved every minute of our stay. The food was the best vegetarian food we had ever tasted! The yoga was the deepest and most personal yoga we'd ever done. Lovely hiking in nearby mountains, a beach nearby, a garden to pick your own fruit from - just perfect. The house is a beautiful, 100 year old traditional Japanese house. Bathing is done in the nearby onsen which is fantastic.
Natsumi and Bojan are the kindest and most generous hosts. Cannot recommend this place highly enough!!
