Ever wished to go to King Island? Well here’s your chance! In this retreat, you will find shipwrecks, history, birdlife, beaches, and lighthouses. Join this retreat to immerse yourself in yoga, Mindfulness meditation, and pristine island nature. With an abundance of space and quietness on this peaceful paradise, you will also meet and greet the local folk. They are never in a hurry and always ready for a chat. Explore how this then affects your whole being.
During this retreat, you will stay in a self-contained cottage. All rooms have heating / cooling system, their own bathrooms, and kitchen facilities.
This retreat, which is suitable for all levels of ability, offers a great opportunity for you to immerse yourself in a yoga and Mindfulness practice and explore how this then affects your whole being. For those who do not know Jacqui and Shimon, they have over 60 years of collective experience in teaching, studying, and practicing yoga. Shimon’s good humor will lift your spirit and Jacqui’s depth of spiritual wisdom will leave you quiet within. They will both take your yoga practice to the next level.
You will be staying on the eastern side of the island in a small village called Naracoopa. Naracoopa is said to be the Riviera of the island because it is always sunny. Naracoopa is 25 minutes from the main town, Currie.

All food will be vegetarian and delicious. There will be a strong theme of King Island product in all meals. Any special dietary requirements can be catered for with prior notice. As well as main meals, there will be snacks and hot beverages available throughout the day.
Please book your flight to arrive at Moorabbin Airport (MBW). Transfer from and to the airport is included. Hawthorn Malvern Yoga Centre will pick you up from the airport.
