- You can progress through the content in your own time zone, pausing the recordings and taking breaks and notes as desired.

- One-On-One private video assessment and teaching practicum with the lead teacher Heather. During this, you will receive professional advice and feedback on class structure, sequencing, and teaching.

Heather Hobbs E-RYT 500 has been a Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher since 2005. Her style is a creative blend of Hatha and Vinyasa Flow and her dynamic classes aim to balance mind, body, and spirit and cultivate body awareness, mindfulness, and self-love. For nearly two decades, Heather has taught group classes, workshops, and training at retreat centers worldwide and has been the private yoga teacher to a number of professional athletes. She began her journey in 2002 as a career counselor at Leeds Business School in the USA.
