Accommodation

The accommodation is located in quiet surroundings, near Laxman Jhula and Ganges. The Laxman Jhula market area is a five minutes walking distance from the school. The building is newly renovated and hence is clean. The rooms also are airy, spacious and comfortable. You will enjoy your stay at the school. The students have the option to stay in single as well as private room. The rooms have king sized beds, free Wi-Fi (speed up to 4 Mbps), 24 hours hot water supply. For any assistance, the students can contact front desk, where the manager is available to help them.

Pramod Kumar Sahoo is a 200 and 500-hour registered yoga teacher with the USA Yoga Alliance. He was born in a spiritual family in 1973 in Odessa (South-East part of India). From his early childhood, he began his life full of devotion. He spent his most of his childhood life sitting alone in meditation in deep silence, going to the mountains, temples, and learning the yoga tradition.
Prashant Jakhmola
Prashant Jakhmola was born in Rishikesh, India. Since childhood he has been practicing yoga and meditation by the guidance of his father. He moved to Bihar School of Yoga to learn more about the systematic study of yogic science. He finished his academic studies in 2010 and started sharing his knowledge. Now he is teaching in Rishikesh and abroad. He is excellent in therapeutical approach of asanas.
Som Datt
Som Datt is a passionate teacher that aids students to find a meaning in their lives. For him, Yoga is the best way to transform the different energies of the body into spiritual energy. He has a master in Yogic Science and a Naturopathy diploma. He achieved a Uttarakand gold medal for his master degree. Som Datta honors always his Guru adn says that his blessings satisfies all his needs. His final aim is that his students discover their real knowledge within.
Mahesh
Mahesh is considered one of the best philosophy teacher in Rishikesh. He ha attained such knowledge through his devoted master as well from recognized Yoga Universities. He has vast experience in Yoga Science, Pranic Healing and philosophy. Due to his capacities he as been invited to International Yoga Seminars, conferences and workshops. Vikal Sajwanji

His lessons are unique and make everyone to easily learn the art of Pranayam and Meditation. He teaches simple and powerful methods for his students. Swami Atmatatwananda Saraswati
Swami Atmatatwananda Saraswati was born in 1952 in the state of Odisha, India. From his childhood he had keen interest on spiritual life. He began his career as a science teacher. At the age of 28 he left his worldly life and joined the world famous master Paramahansa Swami Satyananda Saraswati in Munger, Bihar. After 6 years with his master he traveled India and Nepal conducting Yoga Camps for 2years. He was then sent by his master to lok after a Branch Ashram in Odisha. After 4 years in Odisha he then moved to Rishikesh, the holy city on the foot hill of Himalaya and holy river Ganges.
Mayank Uniyal
Mayank Uniyal is a energetic, passionate and energetic yoga teacher. He has 3 yr teaching experience and his aim is to transfer right knowledge. Mayank is a master degree holder in yogic science, diploma in naturopathy and completed 200 y.t.t.c. He is serving as a Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha yoga, Anatomy, Asaan Alignment and pranayam teacher in other schools as well. He firmly believes that through continuous practice of yoga with correct alignment we can know ourself in much better way. According to him yoga is a right balance etween body, mind and soul.
Ksenia Rasapriya Bodhi
Ksenia Rasapriya Bodhi is a certified and experienced yoga teacher, who originally is from Russia, but lives in India, Rishikesh. She started her yoga journey in 2009 and was lucky to get to know and practice yoga in different traditions, such as Sivananda Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Kriya Yoga and Yoga Iyengar also from traditional Indian masters. After graduation from Moscow University of Yoga in 2014 Ksenia Ji moved to India and started her work with a RYS in Rishikesh under the guidance of more proficient teachers.
Yogi Pratap
Pratap is a charming young Yoga teacher with unique personality to teach Traditional Hatha Yoga in dynamic ways. Yogacharya Pratap ji, Traditional Hath Yoga, is a dynamic personality of Yoga . He has been sharing his deeper level of understanding as a professional Yoga Teacher since many years. He has achieved Master Degree in Yoga science from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University in (in 2016), Haridwar. He has completed education in Holistic Health Management from Dev Sanskriti University Hardwar in (2014) and also attended many Seminars & Conferences in International Yoga Festivals.

Hari Om Yoga Vidya School is located just at the heart of the sacred township of Rishikesh, at the foothills of the Himalayas, and at the bank of holy river Mother Ganges. How to get there

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL). Another option is to book your flight to arrive at Jolly Grant Airport (DED). .

Arrival by bus

Buses to Rishikesh leave New Delhi from the Kashmiri Gate national bus stand approximately every hour. The bus ride takes about eight hours and costs around 450 INR for air conditioned buses and 250 INR for buses without air conditioning.

Arrival by train

The best option is to reach Haridwar train station, about 45 minutes away from Rishikesh by road on a driven taxi or the so called tuktuks. From Delhi, the train ride takes approximately eight hours, depending on the train. Haridwar is serviced by many trains from and to Delhi, Varanasi, Rajasthan, Amritsar, and many others.

Arrival by taxi

Taxis are always available anywhere in India. The drive from Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL) to Rishikesh will take around six hours depending on traffic conditions.
