During this retreat, you will be accommodated at Nalini, a retreat center for those who want to renew, rejuvenate, and relax. The room you will be staying at is cosy and comfortable, ensuring perfect conditions for a good night's sleep.

HappyFit Studio Meditation and Yoga Retreat Program

During your weekend stay with HappyFit, you will be given time out to rest and restore. There are periods of silence, and many places where you can have time to yourself in peace and privacy. Each morning, you will gather for two hours beginning with mediation, followed by a strong, dynamic practice of yoga. You will take time to learn the specifics of Vinyasa yoga and you will be led to challenge your body as well as rest your mind.

Over the weekend, you will also experience Yin yoga, relaxation and breathing techniques, and yoga Nidra (yogic sleep).

Alicia has been sharing her love of yoga and health for over 12 years. As a teacher, she aims to share the art of balancing strength and stillness in this busy world in which we live. With a background in fitness, she has an emphasis on strength, which allows her students to feel empowered. Each session is also intertwined with messages of mindfulness. She runs retreats and workshops across Australia and the world, holds regular classes on the Gold Coast, and is a committed Ashtanga practitioner.
