You will stay at Mountain Lodge surrounded by the beautiful Swiss Alps. The accommodation is simple and down-to-earth with basic rooms and private toilets or showers in each room. There is a lot of space around the lodge that you can explore.


During this retreat, you will:

  • Get up in the morning and try out Ayurvedic self-care practices
  • Cleanse your body through breathing techniques and practice yoga asanas aligned with the elements

Included excursions

As part of this retreat, you will go on two short walks in the Saanenland area. The first walk will be in a magical forest. The second walk allows you to dive into different sceneries and play with the elements.

The retreat will take place in Schönried, Switzerland. From Mountain Lodge, you have a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains and glaciers. Within five minutes, you are in the forest and on hiking paths. Enjoy being woken up by melodious birds.

Arrival by train

You can take the train from Geneva Airport (GVA) or Zurich Airport (ZRH) to Schönried station. Contact Selin so she can help you with finding connections.

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 15% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid 14 days before arrival.
