"I attended Tammy's New Year Retreat in Mexico at the beginning of the year, and I can say that it was one of the best decisions I've ever made for myself. It truly was a transformative experience. Tammy is so knowledgeable and she is very gentle in her practice. She offers a variety of practices and activities all of which are essentially invitations to look within yourself. I learned so much about both myself and life on this retreat, and Tammy was the catalyst that I needed. I had little to no yoga experience prior to coming to this retreat, but did not at all feel overwhelmed or lost during our yoga sessions. Tammy is very sensitive and responsive to people's individual needs and limitations, which I very much appreciated."

"If something about Tammy's retreat is calling you, don't doubt it too much. Go with it. Offer yourself this gift."

"I was at "Inner Wisdom" retreat in Chang Mai for 5 day. The general impression is very positive. I admire the way Tummy conducted all her classes (yoga, meditation, TRE, sound healing): with a very soft touch and slow peace and calming – all of it give me a space to opens up. I'm really thankful to Tummy for helping me find and talk to my inner wisdom."

"I just came back from Tammy's New Year's retreat in Mexico. It was amazing and transformative. She openly shares her wisdom and provides guidance while revealing much about herself and her own journey. I found each class to offer something new to me and something doable. Not having practiced yoga in a serious consistent way for many years, this was a wonderful reintroduction to developing my own practice. I particularly loved moving into stillness in her Hatha and restorative classes. She's also a highly skilled TRE instructor/practitioner and that experience was much more powerful for me than I'd anticipated. "

"I was burned out and disconnected from myself before I went. Now I'm recommitted to myself, to my life, and to self-care and love. I will be forever grateful for this experience and look forward to another one with her."

"As a group leader and organizer, her skills are outstanding. There were some hiccups where we stayed, and she was attuned to the group's needs and communicated effectively and promptly with management to make sure the group's needs were met."

"If what she offers is speaking to you, don't wait. Sign up and enjoy."

"One of the most memorable moments of my trip to Cambodia was engaging in a daily yoga and meditation practice with Tammy. A gentle, caring soul, she openly shared an extensive knowledge of her yogic journey through a versatile sampling of courses. On the first day of the retreat, we were introduced to partner yoga where students are paired to work on their alignment. It was a great icebreaker for those new to the retreat center to have to lean into one another to kick off our own individual practice. I particularly appreciated the introduction to pranayama meditation which included walking, hugging, and visualization practices. We also learned Laughter, Restorative, and Sound yoga. Tammy intuitively understands each of her clients and through her teaching brings them together on a cerebral level. She listens with heart and mind, and creates an environment that invites connection. A few of the other women and I bonded as a result of her practice and I strongly believe this experience cemented an inner self-work toward for the remainder of my two months in southeast Asia. I look forward to practicing with Tammy again in Cambodia, USA, or any other part of the world. Namaste."

"I attended a five-day retreat in Cambodia where Tammy was one of the resident yoga teachers. She covered yoga, meditation, tension-trauma releasing exercises, sound healing, among others. I am generally not a person who like to try out new things - Tammy had a special skill in the way she conducted her classes, clear instructions easy to follow, and always made the sessions interesting in order to keep the students engaged. Great experience!!"

"I just came back from Tammy's new years yoga retreat 2015-2016 from Xinalani Mexico. I found her through trip advisor website and was blown away of how excellent her ratings were. We had not any expectations and were very much impressed afterwards. Tammy has a very calm voice and sweet personality. She is good in what she is expertise in and what she advertises in."

"For someone who is doing Power yoga and Hot yoga very often, it was surprising how calming and at a very slow pace this retreat was. It was very relaxing and at the same time I have learned so much new mediation that I was not aware about. If you are really into Power yoga or much more strength, this would not be a good choice for you. I would suggest people starting new with yoga, elderly or injured this would be perfect. Regardless, the setting Xinalani is awesome for any yoga retreat!"

"I loved it and thank Tammy very much for all her preparation and unique desire to do a good job!!"

"I feel very blessed to have met Tammy at New Life Foundation in Thailand. She is a wonderful and a beautiful person with great vibes or energy, and a truly amazing teacher! "

"I loved her Yoga lessons because she gives clear instructions and also different options for every pose (I am a beginner, so this helped a lot). She has a calm voice that helped me to get grounded through all poses where balance was needed and to relax while focusing more on my breathing. I also enjoyed her special treat for everybody at the end of each lesson. Her inner dance class was nothing short of magical! It was all new to me and though I was a little skeptical at first (as I always am as soon as I hear the word "dancing"), but five minutes in and I was totally amazed. I loved Tammy's choice of music, her introduction, and how she holds the space for everybody. I felt very safe and at ease and was able to let go completely, which is very rare for me."

"I was also lucky enough to practice tension-trauma releasing exercises with her. Tammy truly cares about all her students and makes sure that everyone has a great experience. She looks after you and I had the feeling that I could completely trust her on this journey."

"Outside the workshops Tammy was fun to hang out with. She is kind, generous, compassionate, and all around just amazing. I am very grateful for our time together and highly recommend her classes (she truly is an all-rounder)."

"It's funny how we gain so much when we have no expectations. I had the privilege to be with Tammy for a good five-day retreat. And whether it was yoga, inner dance, tension-trauma releasing exercises, and others. I am at ease around Tammy and slowly opened myself to her teaching. Caring, considerate, and open to the feelings that arise in me even when we are in the midst of a pose. It's like having someone looking out for you, someone who has your back. How often do you meet a stranger from halfway across the world whom you can connect with, trust, learn the latest healing practices and be refreshed. Leave your inhibitions aside and take on this experience with Tammy's Hanuman Retreat."

"I had an opportunity to join Tammy’s class in TRE/tension-trauma releasing exercises, journey dance, and inner dance sound healing during her yoga retreat at Museflower Retreat and Spa. Tammy is great in facilitating the classes even though they are all different modalities. She guides each class with clear direction and holds the space for each participant without us (the students) feeling intruded. Tammy is also very well-organized and prepares all necessary material for all her retreat students, so everyone feels warmly welcomed at the beginning of the retreat. Her retreats are scheduled perfectly so there is time to practice in a group but also leisure time to explore the city or to be by ourselves. Tammy is very friendly, and as a student you feel very comfortable to share with her your own experiences with the classes. "

"Thank you Tammy for letting me the opportunity to join the classes. I would definitely recommend her retreats to anyone who are looking for a yoga retreat holiday with a perfect balance of yoga time and me time."

"Tammy is so lovely and such a good teacher. She really cares about your experience and that definitely shines through when working with her. She was also kind enough to give me a private TRE (trauma release exercises) class when I asked for some extra help. I really loved the journey dance Tammy led and also the inner dances have been really magical experiences for me. I hope for the chance to meet Tammy again. I can't recommend her highly enough."

"Tammy is one the most beautiful person I have ever met, as a teacher and as a person. She has a way of making people feel comfortable and safe during their first times exploring these activities which helped ease my self-conscious self into being more open about trying new things, especially when it was way out of comfort zone. I attended all of her classes at New Life Foundation in Chaing Rai, Thailand where I had the privilege of taking her tension-trauma releasing exercises, restorative yoga, inner dance, QiGong, journey dance, and other various and innovative workshops she put together. She always gives clear and concise instructions in her calm and comforting voice, and sometimes throwing in some candid humor here and there, which helped with my anxiety and making me laugh. Tammy's classes and just her presence played a huge role in my self searching journey here and I will never forget it. Anything with her name attached I know it will be a good and fun one and I will be the first to sign up! Thank you Tammy!"

"I have met Tammy several times over the last two years at New Life foundation, where everyone is always happy to see her return. She is a kind and friendly person as well as a skilled teacher and instructor. She offers lots of different things. I joined several different classes of her, such as tension-trauma releasing exercises, inner dance, and journey dance. Always well explained with clear instructions. And her classes are often fun. Recommend Tammy's classes and retreats to everyone! Thanks Tammy see you again sometime."

"I attended the retreat in Chiang Rai of Thailand with a friend. It was such an eye opening experience with incredible Tammy. Her lessons were very tailored to the attendees capabilities and at the same time well planned and balanced. The positive vibes from this five day retreat will stay with me for a long time. By the way, besides the yoga lessons I've learned and absolutely amazed with tension-trauma releasing exercises and QiGong practices Tammy introduced. Hanuman - way to go!"
