The Beach Motel in Sankt Peter Ording is a young hotel on the North Sea coast. The Beach Motel offers you a "slightly different" hotel experience. It is located at the driveway to the largest and liveliest beach of Sankt, Peter-Ording. The motel is spread over three buildings and overlooks the beach and sea. With its wooden verandas and ceiling windows, it is reminiscent of the beach houses of the US East Coast.
The motel is facilitated with special parking spaces for vans and VW Bullis and external toilets, showers, and separate drying rooms. For culinary delights, the restaurant called dii: ke offers its Mediterranean specialties from the wood-fired brick oven.
The basic rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows or a balcony. The basic double rooms are about 23 square meters and are situated in all floors of the three buildings motel. The rooms are bright and friendly with a comfortable double bed (extra storage space in the bed frame), desk, Fatboy beanbag, and naturally equipped bathroom with shower and hairdryer.
On the desk, you will find a free usable tablet that includes all information around the Beach Motel. You can also browse the internet and read a few online newspapers. iPod dock is also provided so that you can use it to charge your iPhone or use it as a boombox. A flat screen TV with several radio channels also completes the offer.

In Forrest yoga, the precise alignment of the body plays an important role, so that joints and muscles will be specifically strengthened. The typical basic movements of Forrest yoga are active hands and feet, straightening the coccyx, the protracted and widths of the ribs, and the neck relaxation.
These movements distinguish Forrest yoga from other types of yoga. Forrest yoga celebrates the beauty of life and stimulates self-healing. Catherine’s Forrest Yoga classes focus on strengthening the body to flow deep breathing and energy and nourish the spirit.
Forrest yoga makes extending deep breathing and body work. The asanas are held longer because the breathing provides the body with a lot of oxygen. Forrest yoga teaches authentic feelings and acts. It promotes mobility, stability, and balance, increases intelligence and strength, and strengthens the relationship with its authentic self.
The Forrest yoga weekend is suitable for pregnant women and beginners.

Catherine Rodewald is certified Forrest yoga teacher. She has 2014 Forrest Yoga Teacher Training Foundation the annual training, the Forrest Yoga Mentorship Program graduated in Peterborough, UK at Ana T. Forrest and directly in connection to 2014 by 2015.
You will be served breakfast and dinner at the motel's restaurant. The restaurant can also provide vegan meals. Allergies and intolerances can be discussed on the spot.
The Beach Motel offers Aloha Ocean Spa which is a beautiful and newly renovated ocean spa. Here, you can expect eight treatment rooms, sauna area with three saunas, an indoor and outdoor relaxation area, and sensory showers. You have the choice to pamper yourself with facial or body treatments, massages, scrubs, and spa baths. The use of the sauna and relaxation area at the Beach Motel will log in automatically on the room bill. The extra cost is 6 EUR per room per day.
