Hans Kloosterman is a Tibetan Buddhist and studied at the Tibetan Kagyu Vasjrayana Institute in the Belgian Huy, which has a small monastic community with some lama's, monks and nuns. He lived for six years as a monk in training and has studied Buddhism since 2005. From 2000 to 2005 he has followed three years of Hatha yoga education and two years of meditation training at Osmose in The Hague. He teaches classical classes in Hatha yoga, Qigong and silence, analytical and non-dual meditation, namely Samatha, Vipassana, and samadhi.
