Through a mixture of writing, voice work, movement, meditation, and healing touch, you will spend the weekend exploring the blocks that limit your creative energy and self-expression. Your teachers, Sarah and Francesca, look forward to welcoming you for a weekend of exploration, relaxation, and affirmation.

You do not need to have had any experience in yoga to attend all retreats by Handsonlife. In fact, often there are complete beginners and seasoned practitioners attending the same retreat and everyone has the time of their lives. All the classes are designed to accommodate all levels.
