H2O Yoga and Meditation Center presents a week-long journey of transformation and rejuvenation through meditation and yoga. Located on the picturesque island of Gili Air - just a boat ride away from Bali and Lombok, the center offers a sacred sanctuary of calmness, inner peace, and relaxation. This seven-day soul renewal retreat is designed to actively awaken your soul, relieve stress and have you emerge feeling revitalized. Your day will consist of studio yoga, aqua yoga, and meditation sessions (28 classes per week to choose from ). Offering various styles the daily program has no strict schedule and gives you complete flexibility to do as much yoga and meditation as you feel comfortable with. The stay-in retreat also includes accommodation, Beautiful gluten-free breakfast, 2 EPL (Eat Pray Love lunch tickets at our amazing GOOD EARTH cafe) a one hour massage and everything else that comes along with island life (laying in a hammock, swimming with turtles, snorkeling or taking a bike ride).

The daily program is entirely flexible, and you can attend classes at your leisure. H20 Yoga and Meditation also offer optional 'add-ons 'workshops for beginners on Tuesdays and Fridays and a Yin workshop on Sundays.
Meditation came before yoga for Jon. It started more than 20 years ago and led him on a journey of spiritual exploration to many parts of the globe including Tibet. The physical yoga becomes part of his life in 2004 whilst living in a community at Lake Atitlan, Guatemala and has been a daily practice ever since. He has studied yoga and meditation with many ‘learned ones’ including Zen master, Thich Nhat Hanh. He gained his master level Reiki training in 2005, studied kinesiology, and many healing modalities and in recent years deepened his understanding of qigong and working with life energy.
Claire has over 1,200 hours of teacher training and 15 years of teaching experience; completing 500 hours with the British Wheel of Yoga in 2005; Birthlight pregnancy yoga training in 2009. She gained the British Wheel of Yoga Foundation Course Teacher Trainer certification in 2011 delivering British Wheel of Yoga training. In 2014 she completed Forrest Yoga Advanced Yoga Training before furthering her training by completing 500-hour with Maggie Reach studying yin yoga therapy, yoga philosophy, chanting, and Ayurveda, she completed further Yin Yoga training with Jo Phee and Joe Barnett.
After completing a degree in sports psychology, Tamlyn discovered yoga in order to release stresses of life and to gain flexibility and strength. She was slowly changing her life and yoga became the priority of her existence. It was no surprise that she went on to completed a 200-hour teacher training at Johannesburg and then continued to deepen her studies with a further 300-hour training in Bali at Santosha Yoga in traditional yoga, Vinyasa yoga, and Yin yoga. Further advanced course with teachers such as Ana Forest has made a big impact on her professionalism that she delivers.
Kate has a broad range of experience in various yoga, meditation, and healing practices. Originally from the UK, she has travelled and lived abroad intermittently over the past 15 years. After training as a Reiki practitioner in Cambodia, Kate completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training, 55 hour meditation teacher training, and Reiki Master studies on the beautiful island of Koh Phangan, Thailand. Kate’s therapeutic, holistic approach forms the base of her yoga and meditation practice. Kate’s teaching style is practical, accessible and utterly from the heart.
