Amanda York is a personal trainer, yoga coach, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) practitioner, holistic health presenter, and writer operating in London. Recently, she won a bikini competition in the over-40 categories and have just completed a mindfulness diploma. Next, she will be studying relationship psychology. Her ultimate mission at Gymanda is to create a fun yet effective, holistic, and bespoke training program to help you develop optimum healthy habits for the rest of your life.

"Yoga connexion "

"Les Masses"

The few days up un les masses were wonderful. A great, down to earth yoga-atmosphere, good food, awesome hikes, lovely group. Amanda is a great teacher, no hippiedippie-wusldusl but a fun training.

I find it difficult to unwind at times so the retreat was the perfect opportunity to fully relax and take stock of the year ahead. The morning yoga sessions were a great way to energize before a full day on the slopes, and the relaxing evening sessions provided a much-needed stretch and a chance to practice some meditation in the peaceful surroundings of the beautiful chalet.
