300-Hours Yoga Teacher Training Course in Spain

The 300-hours Alignment-based Yoga Teacher Training Course offered by Green Yoga International is registered with Yoga Alliance USA. The course provides an in-depth knowledge of yogic philosophy, advanced Asana, Pranayama, anatomy, hands-on adjustment and alignment, Practicum, and special modules in Yin yoga and Ayurveda. This course is suitable for everyone who has completed a 200-hours Yoga Alliance course (residential and online). This 300-hour course is unique in nature which balances living Yoga and learning at the same time. If you have missed anything from your previous 200-hours Teacher Training, this course will cover up all those missing subjects that are essential to becoming a well-rounded yoga teacher.

The entire retreat is equipped with stone buildings, enough place to chill out, meditate or be on your own when required The new Green Yoga Retreat Center is spread over 80.000 square meters of land with a beautiful landscape surrounded by almond, carob, and many other trees which nestles various colorful birds. The retreat also hosts several other animals who naturally graze around attracted by the lush green vegetation.

The Yoga Retreat is a safe, clean and comfortable place to sit back and relax, to study, and also a place to find peace and tranquility in the lap of mother nature. Keeping in mind the best quality of teaching and service, they have a capacity for 25-30 students to accommodate in this retreat in 2 different options: twin and triple rooms. The hotel has a total of 11 rooms with a washroom, kitchen, living room, and some of them with balconies overlooking the ocean.

Every room is furnished with modern furniture, comfortable beds, and linen. The kitchens are equipped with a fridge and basic utensils for cooking. In all the washrooms you can find a modern shower and hairdryer. The retreat facilities include:

Program

Certifications

Once you complete the 300 hours of Advanced Yoga Teacher Training Course by Green Yoga International in combination with your earlier 200 hours Teacher Training Course, you will be certified as a 500-hours Yoga Teacher. You can register your certificate with Yoga Alliance USA and become 500 hr RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher).

The Teacher Training Course concludes with a certification of completion. This certificate must be uploaded and registered on Yoga Alliance USA or UK website and the registration fee must be paid by the student in order to become a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 300 or 500).

In order to be eligible to participate in the training, students are requested to complete their 200-hours of Yoga Teacher Training.

About the training course

The syllabus of 300 hours TTC is set as per the standards of Yoga Alliance USA. The styles of yoga taught in this course are Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Yin.

Vinyasa Flow

  • Learn how to instruct professionally Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes of 60 minutes
  • Practice different sequences of Vinyasa Yoga
  • Learn how to do safe adjustments and corrections during Vinyasa Yoga class
  • Alignment is the key: study and break down each pose to truly understand the biomechanics of the asanas
  • Learn how to prevent injuries and offer to customize modifications

Ahstanga Vinyasa Series

  • Practice the primary and intermediate series of ashtanga vinyasa (K. Pattabi Jois)
  • Learn how to guide modified and full primary and intermediate series
  • Develop your own practice through the Mysore style and enjoy the hands-on assistance from our experienced teachers

Arrival by plane

Please book your flight to arrive at Palma de Mallorca Airport (PMI). The airport is a well-connected destination in Europe, from any of the European cities.

Once you arrive at the airport you can take a taxi to the retreat (100 - 140 EUR) or a public bus to Manacor city (5 -7 EUR) and the organizer will be waiting for you.
