The welcome was unlike any other I’d experienced in Sri Lanka. It really feels like you are joining a family. We had several teachers for the yoga, and it was nice to experience different styles. The breathwork session was definitely a highlight of the week! There was also a good variety of activities to do during the day, and the team was always available to help. The location and accommodation is superb.
