Expert tip: This is one of the most popular yoga retreats offered in the United Kingdom.
These privately run wellness weekends combine the wonderful setting with the relaxed style of Green Farm, making your visit feel personal, intimate, and completely unique. The location in the heart of the Kent countryside, just 37 minutes from St. Pancras, means you can immerse yourself in nature. Listen to birdsong as you relax in our outdoor hot tub, go hiking, cycling, or running through the stunning ancient woodland that surrounds the farm, or relax in our gardens with a good book.
Green Farmhouse is the beautiful Grade 2 listed country home of MaryAnn and Martin Richmond-Coggan and their dogs. Lovingly restored, it was originally a Kentish Hall House built 600 years ago—50 years before Richard III was killed at the Battle of Bosworth.
The house is filled with character, with beautiful beams and many original features; each room is individual and inviting, with perfect places to read a book or simply unwind.
The favorite places are the living room with its Inglenook fireplace, the dining room with its beautiful beams, the boot room with its well still in use today, and the conservatory with the beautiful views across the orchard and fields.
The conservatory now has a log-burning stove for the cozy winter months.

Caelia is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and has been practicing for over 20 years. Experienced and caring, her classes are based on an eclectic mixture of Hatha, somatics, Vinyasa flows and pranayama (breathing techniques), working on strength and flexibility for the body, as well as pranayama and meditation for the mind. She teaches with clarity and attention for detail, enabling the practitioner to experience shifts both physically and mentally. Caelia's personal experience and continuing CPD studies have also lead her to teach therapeutic and seated yoga to students with disabilities.
Alice is a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist who believes that by making small changes to our food and lifestyle we can make a significant difference to our long term health. Alice takes workshops in the new Haybarnstudio at Green Farm. She will work with you to decide what simple changes you might make to support a healthier lifestyle.

"I never knew that healthy food could taste so good."
Green Farm is proud to have top chef Ian Waghorn as part of their team. With experience in Michelin-starred kitchens and over six years teaching at Le Cordon Bleu, Ian creates delicious, nutritious meals using seasonal ingredients sourced as much as possible from our farm and Wildlife Garden, perfectly complementing Green Farm's wellness philosophy. Green Farm can cater to a range of dietary requirements and will happily discuss your needs in advance of your stay.
Green Farm has a very simple philosophy around eating healthily: cook fresh, home-produced foods when possible, minimum processed foods, served as nature intended. They like to cook 'in season' as much as possible, with as much coming from the Green Farm Wildlife Vegetable Garden as possible and, of course, from its own farm animals.
The bread is baked daily, the cakes are made with freshly laid eggs, and the soup bubbling on the hob is packed with vegetables from the gardens. The in-house nutritional therapist and naturopath, Alice Yeates, helps ensure the meals are nutritious and balanced.
During your free time, you can go for a country walk, cycle, run, relax in the outdoor hot tubs, use the luxury sauna, laze in deckchairs by the pond, or snuggle with a book by one of the log-burning fires. You can visit the community vegetable garden, meet the animals, or even have a tour of the grade 2 listed house by owner Martin. The house was featured on the popular TV program "Homes Under The Hammer."
