Grace is a lover of life, science geek, and passionate advocate for all forms of health, for all forms of people. In 2013, she completed her first yoga teacher training and immediately began to draw connections between modern science and yogic philosophy. She has completed over 1000 hours of training in yoga and Ayurveda, taught over 3000 hours, and created a unique yoga teacher training school. In 2017, she co-created “Ethics in the Yoga Community”.Her classes include the weaving of tantric technology with a focus on breath and presence.
Ben Kalra is a student and teacher of yoga as a means to deepen the connection between his mind, body, breath, and community. Prior to discovering yoga, Ben was an athlete in basketball, track & field, and weight training. After being sidelined due to injuries, Ben discovered the benefits of meditation. Through meditation, Ben learned the importance of breathwork, and how it can act as a link between the body and mind. Ben’s goal as a teacher is to lead students through powerful and mindful movements supported by breath awareness.
