You will be staying in the seminar house, Rio de la Miel. You may stay either in a double room, private room or in the dormitory.
There will be yoga classes and meditation twice daily to provide you a holistic experience. After covering the basic theory of meditation, you will focus on various meditation techniques and learn how to apply those in a daily practice. This yoga retreat's special focus is on those techniques that are simple to apply, so that you can apply these techniques into your daily practice at home. Always remember doing a little meditation a day is better than doing it occasionally and longer.
Meditation is the key to positive thinking, inner peace, creativity and joy in life. Everyone can learn meditation, given some basic patience. Already 10 - 15 minutes of daily practice can tap into an inexhaustible energy supply of energy and provide inner peace and balance. In a meditative state, you can connect to your higher self. In this yoga retreat's meditation course, Godea Vida will show and share with you these experiences.
The yoga classes are based on 12 basic postures (asanas) that can be found in Hatha yoga. Breathing exercises (pranayama), meditation and relaxation will aid you in finding the right balance in your yoga practice. The exercises are beneficial for yoga beginners but also have challenges for more experienced yoga practitioners.

Vegan meals will be served twice daily. Vegan diet consequently applies the yoga principle of ahimsa - the renunciation of violence. Also, a vegan diet also makes sense to maintain your personal health and energy. Rio de la Miel integrates local products to provide you a rich and healthy vegan diet.
You may go on an excursion to the coastal village of Nerja on your free time or you can just relax and embrace the peacefulness of the Andalusian mountains.
