All individuals have different wants and needs, so the team have created options to have retreats during the weekends to allow you to tailor and make your ideal yoga retreat. You will be given a choice of hotel that suits your budget. Book a weekend that is perfect for you!

The White Hart Hotel is one of the finest hotels in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. Occupying a beautiful detached Georgian manor house, the White Hart Hotel is located in the heart of Harrogate's antique quarter. It is a few minutes stroll from the beautiful Victorian town center, close to the famous Valley Gardens Victorian Park and only 50 meters away from our Go Yoga Cold Bath Road Studio. Twin / double and single rooms are available, with a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, and telephone. The en suite bathroom features a bath / power shower, and complimentary toiletries. Free parking is also available. The hotel has its own tea room and Brasserie offering an informal dining experience.
The Fountains Guesthouse is an elegant Victorian building dating back to 1891. At the end of an imposing terrace situated on the King's Road, it is tastefully and smartly restored and retaining many of its original features. Situated five minutes’ walk from the many bars, bistros, and boutique shops of Harrogate town center, it has an ideal location. Guest will be transported to the studios for the yoga. Twin and single rooms are available, each individually designed and decorated, and all with en-suite shower room, WC and complimentary Gilchrist & Soames toiletries. Every room benefits from free Wi-Fi, flat screen TV, radio alarm, hairdryer, thermostat, and a well-stocked hospitality tray.
This candlelit yoga workshop will help you unwind and be ready for your weekend. With the use essential oils and soothing sounds, it will restore your body and ignite your senses in this 90-minute Vinyasa sequence exploring movement, stretch, and deep relaxation.
Imagine you could actually actualize your dreams. In this intensive 30-minute workshop you will learn to release negativity from your mind and create goals beyond your wildest dreams. Using tools from yoga, life-coaching, the law of attraction and mindfulness, and the team will help you realize your true potential.
Yin yoga is a very slow and deep form of yoga. The postures are held for a longer period of time to allow you to enter a state of stillness. This workshop is suitable for all levels to go with what you can do and the team will adjust with bolsters blankets and blocks. You will also learn more about the lost art of working with essential oils as well as discover ways to use oils in your practice! This yoga therapy session will be led by Sophie Bickerdike who featured her aroma yoga class at the Om Yoga Show 2015.
Welcome in your Sunday with a rise and shine Vinyasa flow class. This 90-minute practice will stretch, invigorate, and restore, finishing with a meditation to nourish your mind, body, and soul.
Why not try something new and opt for our additional 2-hour Aerial yoga workshop. Using specially designed hammocks, you will experience the benefits of using gravity in your practice whilst having fun swinging, rolling, flying, and relaxing in the swing. It is great for the core and a lot of fun!

Set in the heart of North Yorkshire, Harrogate is a beautiful spa town famous for its award winning Valley Gardens, Betty's tearooms, Turkish baths as well as its cosmopolitan feel with its many shops, restaurants, and galleries. Nestled at the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, Harrogate is easily accessible by car, coach or rail, with direct rail network links to Leeds, York, and London.
The yoga workshops will take place at 2 Go Yoga studios in Harrogate. Go Yoga Hornbeam Park is a stunning studio which has infrared heating used for Hot yoga. It is also one of the few studios in the country equipped for Aerial yoga. This is the larger studio which is located 2 miles (just a 5-minute drive from the hotels) south of Harrogate. All guests will be provided a transport to and from this studio for the workshops. There are changing facilities and a cafe serving light lunches and refreshments. The other one is Go Yoga Central which is located in central Harrogate, just 50 meters from the White Hart Hotel, under Fit-Harrogate, a fitness clothing boutique. This smaller but more intimate studio is the perfect location for evening and morning Vinyasa flow workshops.
Daily breakfast is included in the package on Saturday and Sunday morning. All guests will also enjoy a three-course meal at the White Hart Hotel on Saturday evening. Guests from the Fountains Guesthouse will be transported to and from the White Hart Hotel. Dinner on a Friday night can be arranged at an additional cost. Lunch meals will be at your own arrangement.
Two and half hour session at the Turkish Baths, Harrogate is included in your package. You will have the chance to visit he unique Royal Turkish Baths, Harrogate which was first opened in 1896. Today you can enjoy a more contemporary spa experience in this beautiful building. As you follow the ritual of heating, cooling, and cleansing, you can move through the hot room chambers including the tepidarium (warm), the calidarium (hot), and the laconium (hottest), cool down in the plunge pool, visit the steam room or relax in the frigidarium. They will leave you feeling relaxed, exhilarated, and totally cleansed.
