Sanctuary in Go Natural can accommodate up to 12 people, either in a dorm room, a private room, or a seafront villa. All accommodations have a private or shared bathroom, hot water, fans, beds with mosquito nets, towels, and daily cleaning service. The rooms are originally a motivated design featuring Caribbean cool colors with woods, organic handmade furniture, and meditative photographs that will make you feel relaxed.

The Irie dormitory is a fresh green accommodation with happy reggae colors that host comfortable bunk beds that can accommodate up to five persons.

You will also learn to understand about food and nutrition that can nourish you and your baby. This program is about holding a space for all the complex, challenging, and awesome feelings women have to feel as they give birth and nurture their little ones in the future.
The program will host the experts, midwives, and healers that will share with you different options and alternatives for birth delivery through various workshops and discussions. You will also explore yoga exercises that are beneficial during different stages of pregnancy which will be supported by daily amazing nutritious food suitable for you and your growing baby inside your belly.

Khara is pre-natal and post-natal yoga teacher and mother of three children. She will be focusing on opening stretches, different breathing, massage techniques, as well as deep relaxation. During the yoga sessions, you will also learn how to map out your pelvis, practice useful positions for labor, and discover how best to assist your body in birthing your baby. Khara will also be involving the partners, showing them how to practically assist you during labour and how to protect the "birthing ambiance" and keep the oxytocin flowing.
Nadine is certified nurse-midwife, specializing in holistic approaches to women’s health care. She has a master’s degree in nursing focusing on women’s health and professional training in several holistic health care. Her goal is to accompany and support you with the knowledge, art, skill, heart, and hands of a nurse and midwife. In a supportive and caring relationship, she will work together with Sinduja aiming to mobilize the greatest healing resources within and around you.
Sindurja Krishnan (Samarpan)
Samarpan is from the land of yoga, India. She has been trained in the yoga tradition from the Bihar School of Yoga. She has immersed herself in the studies of the many practices of yoga and Tantra for the last ten years. She helps her students work through physical and mental, emotional issues with ease. Her passions are in yoga, yoga philosophy, Ayurveda, health, wellness, poetry, music, and travel.

During the retreat, you will be served three main daily raw meals, delicious healthy snacks, and fresh fruits. Unlimited water and herbal teas will also be available. Therefore, Go Natural Jamaica offers an abundance of carefully selected fresh fruit, organic vegetables, and homemade foods prepared with loving care and attention.
The food making follows as much as possible correct food combinations for optimal digestion. You may learn more about the correct food combinations during the nutrition workshop. Raw foods are full of enzymes and natural detoxification that will clean and rejuvenate your body.
For the herbal tea, you are free at any time to make a combination of any Jamaican herbal flowers. Jamaican flora possesses 80 percents of the most powerful medicinal plants. Go Natural has learnt to use them as natural remedies and they will be more than happy to share their knowledge with you.
Whenever you are not doing yoga, you can relax or read a book in a hammock. Go Natural has a library with books about yoga, healing, and wisdom topics. You can also swim in the sea or sunbathe at the beach.
There are workshops and consultations which are all oriented on natural and healthy living, taking place at Go Natural. Making homemade face masks and body scrubs, learning about healing herbs and making tea, making homemade cosmetics, Ayurveda knowledge workshops, nutrition talks, and debates.
Go can also arrange a variety of exotic trips and activities such as trips to waterfalls, Blue Lagoon, Frenchman cove, snorkeling, horseback riding, rafting, and more.

Please book a flight to arrive at Norman Manley International Airport (KIN). Transfer from and to the airport is included. Go Natural will pick you up from the airport. Your pick up will be arranged according to your itinerary. A driver will be waiting for you at the airport with a fresh coconut to start your tasty experience. Airport transfers can be also arranged at different times but it might attract extra charges.
