"I spent 6 days in this amazing yoga retreat!"

"The team was very friendly, the food was amazing, the yoga and meditation sessions was adapted to everybody and permit each of us to progress and learn a lot, the location was unbelievable (the energy of this place is amazing) and the organization was perfect. I really have the best strip ever. You have time to relax and discover yourself and you also have opportunities to enjoy the country and do amazing things, like swimming in such great waterfalls or receive a wonderful massage. "

      "I highly recommended it."

"My yoga holiday at Go Natural was a wonderful experience. The daily yoga and mediation put me in a relaxed state, completely forgetting about any worries. The excursions to the falls and to the beach were also nice. I would also like to mention that I was the only man there, but felt accepted at all times as one of the group."

"I could not asked for a better time. Everything from the food to the people to the country was beautiful. My stay was as advertised, but better in my opinion. They were so friendly. The food at the retreat was different everyday and so delicious! The yoga - wow. I learned so much! I wish I could have stayed longer. I definitely recommend this retreat and plan to go back!"

"Positives: Great location, a superb place to unwind and relax, healthy meals prepared at dinner, clean and well-managed surroundings, support staff were friendly and helpful, WiFi and interesting reading available, and trips to and from the airport provided."

"Areas for improvement: There is no credit card payment - extremely difficult to make a fair payment unless you can bring the USD cash. At the beginning of July, lunch was taken off of the menu and little or no snacks were provided unless they were asked for. There was some confusion in communication with a yoga instructor or manager."

"In conclusion, I really appreciated what I learned and the time I had to relax but complications with payment and lack of open communication mean that I most likely will not return."

"I had a magical time at Go Natural! Althgough I've been a little delayed in writing this review, I have not stopped thinking about my time at GO Natural. I decided to book a retreat on a whim right before starting a new job. I knew I needed something to give me a boost before diving into all the challenges and excitement that comes with a new job. I had no idea what to expect from my 4-day retreat. I could not have imagined a more incredible experience. From the moment I arrived, it felt like home. Even the long journey from the airport was filled with amazing views and fun stops for fresh coconuts. The people I met here, from the staff to the guests, rejuvenated me and taught me so much. The accommodations are simple, but therein lies the beauty. The natural landscape that surrounds you is all you need. I spent most of my time outside. The excursions we took were magical. Gorgeous waterfall and beaches like I've never seen. It was pure joy. Even in 4 short days, I felt like I gained so much that I have brought back with me. This was one of the best things I've ever done for myself and I really hope to come back again. I want to send big hugs and thanks to everyone at GO Natural. You all are incredible human beings and I feel so lucky to have met you. "

" The Go Natural retreat is a piece of heaven on earth. By the end of my 5-day detox retreat, I felt more relaxed, peaceful and nourished than I had in years. The beautiful setting and delicious, wholesome food were great, but what really makes this place unique is the care of Ramjas and her staff. They are truly invested in supporting everyone's health, offer a wellspring of helpful information and a full program of activities supported by great yoga instructors. I highly recommend Go Natural to anyone looking for a restorative vacation. Thank you so much!"

"My visit was pleasant, it lived up to the expectations, it is better, however when there are more people there. If possible, book a trip when there are more people especially if you are doing the cleanse. I do wish the workshops were a bit more structured, while she is knowledgeable, she does a lot of talking and they can be more engaging. Overall, very pleasant experience, I am looking to try a retreat in another location just to see how it goes."

    • Review by Sharyn Fearon from Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

"First, we were picked up at the airport and taken on the ride from hell. The driver drove so fast and so erratically that my neck is actually still sore six days later. The road was very narrow there was many children and animals on the road, I felt many times that we were going to hit somebody. We did actually hit another car we smashed rear view mirrors together. Have the back window been open I am certain I would have got a reviewer mirror smashed in my face. The driver was supposed to bring us a cold coconut for the juice. The coconuts were very warm and unappealing. They were virtually impossible to even take a drink out of while swerving all over the road. We got to go natural in two hours and were greeted by Ramjas. She proceeded to show us four beat-up binders that she referred to as the clever books. There was no orientation, there was no tour just her just holding up the books. We were then shown our room which was supposed to have a private bathroom and it ended up to be a shared bathroom. This place is bare minimal. We were given one small drink when we got there and nothing else until dinner. Dinner was strange as the cook did not even know what her meal consisted of. The yoga girl and cook settled on calling it 'veggie chunks'. We never saw Ramjas again until the following morning when I requested to speak to her. We had a small break and then yoga. I will let you know that the yoga instructor taught us with her cell phone between her feet. She had no clue what she was doing. The class was scattered and all over the place. This was not an intuitive or heart felt class only a half attempt. During the class, all I could smell was dog feces and half way through the class a dog came right beside me and had a crap. I could not believe that no one batted an eye or tried to clean it up. Then came 'meditation'. I can't say I have ever experienced anything like that before. Again she resorted to the Internet to do the work for her. She put on a recording and I am not exaggerating to say it was loud, obnoxious, and the furthest thing from relaxing or meditative. Later in the evening, we had tea. My 17-year old daughter went in the makeshift kitchen and was looking at all the teas. She called me into the kitchen to show me a jar labelled 'GANJA' and yes it was marijuana. In the clear site, available to anyone. Seeing as there is also a two-year-old wandering all over the place (the yoga girls daughter) I thought this to be a very bad idea keeping it out like that, also what is the message tony are sending? We were kept up virtually all night by people coming and going into the kitchen (our room was behind and attached to the kitchen, which was the main place of activity, and the only place to get a drink of water. We were told there would be ample snacks and fruit available. The only thing they had available was a small bag of peanuts and an over-ripe pineapple. Was this to be shared between 10 people? After listening to the dog's bark for over an hour straight, I woke at the crack of dawn and packed my belongings up. There was no way possible we could have stayed. We were dehydrated, hungry, and exhausted. I asked the cook to call Ramjas and she finally arrived well over an hour later. She provided no earth, no understanding, no compassion, and basically blamed us for the bad time we were having. Go Natural is nothing but a hostel! I brought close to 200 USD worth of goods to them, had to bring an extra suitcase to accommodate all the food I brought them that they requested (maca, chia, spirulina , quinoa, Brazil nuts, maple syrup). When we told Ramjas we were leaving, she basically snuffed us we got a car and when we were leaving, she ran out and demanded 500 USD cash. As I obviously do not have that kind of cash on me, I was only able to give her 100 USD which I found well over the amount she deserved. I felt worried for my well-being and that of my daughter at that point, she was very aggressive. We got an email from them while we were still in Jamaica requesting more money and three towels they say we took, we didn't have a shower nor did we see any towels at any time overnight. I just think it is important to understand how these people operate. It is very unprofessional and comes across as the blind leading the blind. The cook can't cook, she doesn't even know what she is preparing, God forbid someone has an allergy. The head hog (Ramjas) is rude and condescending. I felt like this place was a weird cult or something. Very strange. The yoga instructor hasn't got a clue what she is doing. Instruction ones from your heart and your knowledge. She has no knowledge, I work in a yoga studio, this is very apparent. The yoga instructor has a small two-year-old that wonders around, at one point she was a foot from a huge cliff that has no barrier if she were to slip. Please let this place know not to contact me asking for money again. This was a nightmare and the price is resort prices not hostel prices."

    • Review by Go Natural from Jamaica - response to Sharyn Fearon

      " Blessings*"

"It is interesting to see how everyone's perspective on things is different and what one person would call “natural paradise” other one see as “nightmare resort”. You can make it paradise or nightmare anywhere you go, the choice is yours."

"Jamaica surely doesn't have the best roads, if you are coming for that, you will be disappointed, roads are bumpy & narrow & people drive fast...but did you ever find a magic treasure place that would have a perfect highway to reach it and still unspoiled?"

"We offer fresh coconut water to welcome you to this tropical country after your flight, we give this offering with love and its extra treat, we have never promised iced cold drinks (room temperature drinks is the best for your health)"

"So much amazing info can be found in this CLEVER BOOKS, that some guests find “cute” but yes, you can see it as binders judging according to surface, but never found the real depth as you never look inside."

"Our accommodations are simple yet clean, decorated with natural & spiritual paintings, you can see detailed photos & videos on our website, so that you know what you are coming to, we never want to ex saturate and promise you luxury 5 star room as we don't have it, but we do have luxury of a pure natural environment around & ocean just few steps away with always present sound of crashing waves. We provide clean towels, natural soap, candles & insense to make you feel cosy :) The room you booked, was the last room available at that time, sunbeam room with 2 beds & shared bathroom."

"Every meal is presented by the chef when everybody sits around the table, like a family do & all the names & recipes for every meal we serve can be find in one of the “clever books”, so if you are curious what was this yummy meal, you can find what is inside and if you miss the name for some reason, you can still find it there. Btw, did you know that veggie chunks with cabbage was Bob Marley favorite dish? and a lot of our guests favorite too :)"

"Our meals are prepared with loving care from the finest & fresh organic ingredients & with understanding of Right Food Combinations for the best digestion."

"Meals are gluten free, dairy free, vegan & organic."

"During the welcome meeting where we provide all basic information & orientation we ask all our guests about allergies & diet restrictions."

"Both of our main yoga teachers has over decade of teaching experience & learn from many different teachers, guru & learn & share their knowledge all around the world. We all use technology this days, like iPhone to time up the class. We are sorry if it didn't suit your liking, everybody is different. We in Go Natural try to present our guests few different yoga styles, so they can experience themselves through different yoga technique & feel what suits them the best. We base our sessions on classic yoga styles Hatha, Yin, Kundalini. As well every day we offer different meditation technique, somebody loves guided meditation (other fell asleep) , somebody likes chanting (somebody doesn't...), somebody prefer silent meditation, our minds are different and so we do different technique daily."

"Again you are the one to define your experience, you can practice with your eyes closed & heart open & enjoy the power of yoga for your body, mind and soul or you can watch the nature around, the choice is yours."

"The space you referred as kitchen, it is the living room, space where we have library with conscious books & you can get purified alkaline water from the water filter & make yourself herbal tea."

"Marihuana is decriminalized in Jamaica and we understand it as healing herb & use it in moderation when it needs to be used. All our guests are adults that can freely decide if they do or do not want to use any of the herbal teas that are available in living room & their benefits are described in the“Clever Book”."

"Usually everybody goes sleep early like nineish as we wake up here early and keep with the natural cycle, but we are deeply sorry if activity of our other guests socializing disturbed you in your relaxing time."

"We provide snacks on snack time & there is more available in living room, if they are finished any of housekeepers is happy to restock them."

"You offered us generously during the emails, that you can bring us some quality products like Maple syrup & Nuts. We asked & double check if you are sure it's easy think to do & then happily accept & agree to deduct this from your balance upon your arrival."

"We always try to feel you & make you feel good here, like a tropical home away from home, but if the settings are not resonating with you, we are happy to help you find solution, and we did organize the driver to take you to your desired destination. Spending one evening & night using all the facilities included travel expenses, of which has to be paid by us."

"Amazing experience! Highly recommended for those looking to recover with sun, peace and privacy. Sea-view room is definitely worth the extra dollars. I slept with the patio doors open every night and awoke to a beautiful sunrise and salt spray. The girls do a wonderful job! Ramjas reviewed my eating habits and recommended a few changes to help improve my nutrition and fix my tummy. Jolien was a delight – so calm, fun, and innovative. Everything was so tailored for me! The Master Cleanse was surprisingly easy – I thought I would only last two days but ended up fasting for 9 days. I feel light, clear headed, calm, sexy, and relaxed. You can’t beat this place, honestly! Really enjoyed making All Natural face-cream, toothpaste, and deodorant! Regarding the beach – the property is located right on the beach which is surrounded by coral and thus rocky. There is a beautiful dipping pool where rocks have been cleared. For those who love to swim in calm waters and snorkel, I would recommend walking over to the bigger beach (not private) within a 5 min walk. Boston Bay beach is another spot tho more touristy. Big love to all the staff at Go Natural!"

"I had a wonderful time at Go Natural Jamaica! I was worried that the four-day retreat would feel rushed or too short, but it was a perfect getaway from the cold Canadian winter! I found that there was just enough structure to the day to ensure I was never bored, but still lots of time to do my own thing like read in a hammock, sunbathe, or just nap. The food was fantastic as well. I have never tried so many new fruits in one trip! And the staff set an absolutely wonderful tone for the whole trip. They are extremely open, welcoming, and warm. I will definitely be visiting Go Natural Jamaica again."

    • Review by Bill Mowers from Brooklyn, New York, USA

"I just returned from a four day yoga retreat at Go Natural. This was the first time Ive taken any sort of trip like this alone, and this was my first experience with yoga! I needed to get out of Brooklyn for a few days to unwind, and I dont think I could have found a more relaxing place to do so than Go Natural. All the email correspondences before the trip were informative and friendly. All my questions were answered right away. My arrangements to and from the airport in Kingston were done for me.The staff, food, accommodations, and our instructor, Ramjas, were all so wonderful. Ramjas sat me down when I arrived and we spoke of what I was hoping to get from the retreat, and how best I thought she could help me. She is a very warm, intelligent, gentle soul and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived (even though this whole experience was way outside my comfort zone). The yoga was tailored to each person and how easy or difficult they wanted to work at it.There is something to do at every hour (snacks, meals, nutrition classes, how to make natural cosmetics, waterfall tours, etc.) though all of it is optional and you are free to come and go as you please. My favorite part was the after-sunset yoga and meditation. That far south in the Caribbean there is little pollution in the air, so the amount of stars you see each night is incomprehensible. This was the best possible introduction to yoga I could have asked for. It is nice to be surrounded by like-minded people looking to better themselves and the world they live in. I am grateful to have met and shared time with the staff and other retreat-goers. Best of luck in 2016!"

"I enjoyed the retreat but the style of yoga was new to me and took me a while to tune into the vibe one. The teacher was an excellent technician and very caring. My teacher had been there for 3 months and was finishing on the day I left. Any other comments that I could make about the teaching would be redundant as they change teachers and style so I would advise anyone going to check what will be the predominant style when they visit. I did the master cleanse so cannot comment on the food! It looked nice."

"I was not looking forward to my trip to Jamaica. I was feeling anxious about dealing with some family business. A friend suggested I end the trip at a retreat and found GO Natural, this decision has enhanced the quality of my life! Ramjas and Lion were fantastic hosts. Tracy's cooking was so good, I wish I could have taken her home! The retreat is set in a beautiful location, I spent the first two days in a hammock catching up on reading and sleep, by day three I was feeling energised. I had never done yoga before, however, Ramjas was patient with me. I now continue to do yoga at home and with a formal class! I learned about nutrition, the seven days diminished my cravings for sugar and processed carbs, making me lost five pounds!"

"This place is wonderful. My wife and I were on a week trip through Jamaica exploring the coast, mountains, and city. We started off here to unwind and detox from Brooklyn living. It was better than imagined and we ended up staying four days, a full package which includes daily yoga, food, and activities. I have to make special mention of the food because it was some of the best that I had during our whole trip. Every day was clean, delicious, fresh in-season food that was new to my taste buds in a lot of ways. Highly, highly recommend going for the food especially if you are a fan of ital or vegan.Another mention has to go out to Tony their driver. He was super chill and fun to talk to. Lastly, Ramjas is a great teacher. As a yoga beginner, I didn't really know what I was stepping into but Ramjas made us feel comfortable and led classes that were easy to follow. I ended up reading through her library and learning quite a bit about healthy eating and herbs. Ramjas is very knowledgeable, a great teacher, and a fantastic host. One last thing is that the other guests were awesome. Everyone was like minded and many of them were from Kingston so it was cool for us to meet friends that we could later visit in Kingston. As you can see from all the photos the landscape and area are like being in paradise. Can't wait to go back!"

"My husband and I celebrated his 30th birthday at Go Natural Jamaica and he wouldn't have wanted to go anywhere else. We were both so relaxed at the end of the trip, we both felt great after all of the delicious food they made for us. They also baked him a special birthday cake and treated him to fresh caught lobster for his birthday dinner. Ramjas and everyone at Go Natural made sure we had an excellent trip. Any questions or concerns were met with a smile and a quick solution. The library provided us with so much information on food, body, and mind.As other reviews say, the rooms are basic, but the view is incredible. You are in paradise so, why would you even care what your room looked like? The yoga was calming and rejuvenating. And as I mentioned the food was amazing, I recommend this place to anyone who wants to relax, take care of their body, and go home calm and in love with life. I would not recommend this to anyone who wants to stay at a luxury resort, wants to practice power yoga, and does not have a respect for healthy food."

"Coming to this retreat after a stressful Thanksgiving was exactly what I needed. I was greeted at the airport with a refreshing coconut from Portland Parish and a rainbow in the sky during the drive to Long Bay. Arriving at the villa in darkness was another treat. I got to do yoga under the stars and in the morning, I woke up to the sun rising over waves crashing upon the cliffs. Not only is the villa located close to the ocean, but there are adorable German shepherd puppies to cuddle with, fragrant herbal teas that have been freshly plucked from the earth, and more tropical fruits than you have time to eat. Have you ever tasted soursop? June plums? Jackfruit? Anise berry? Neither had I until Go Natural! (They are all delicious.) Additionally, I feel like I've learned so much; every meal was an informal tutorial on healthy eating and I saw the importance of being reflective. I now incorporate Ramjas's teachings in my own practice by taking time to pause and breath in between sequences, meditating and giving thanks at the end. Ramjas also took the time to set goals with me on how to incorporate what I learned during my stay in my daily life. It's been incredible to see how these takeaways have positively impacted my peace of mind and energy level and it's a bit like the trip hasn't ended for me yet. Last, it was easy and safe (even by first world standards) to get around by myself. There are frequent taxis and everyone in the parish is cordial and helpful. Even if you go to the retreat solo, definitely take some time to explore, have long conversations with strangers, and try some jerk chicken in Boston. Ramjas, thank you for sharing your insights and your radiance - they mean the world!"

"My actual experience at Go Natural was wonderful. The food was delicious and I am not a vegetarian. I enjoyed the daily routine and I felt that my body appreciated fresh and local fruit and vegetables. A lot of food was new to me too, which was fun. I had never consumed so much coconut milk but it was great. I feel that my body really enjoyed the relaxation, the ocean front, the sun and great food packed with lots of nutrients. The yoga practice was challenging and calming. Ramjas is a very kind and interesting person and the people who also were at Go Natural at the same time I visited were also interesting from different walks of life. I didn't mind being single and traveling alone because people were open and inviting. I went to Blue Lagoon and Monkey Island with a lovely couple from Scotland which was lots of fun and a bit of an adventure. As I told Ramjas, I will take a piece of Go Natural back in my spirit. It truly was a rejuvenating experience and Go Natural has a certain special energy. They advertises it for what it is - a place to reconnect with yourself, practice yoga, detox, enjoy a beautiful setting in Jamaica, and the waterfall included in the package is paradise! The experience in Jamaica was very authentic because of its location too. I also learned some new nutritional information that I will try to incorporate. I really appreciated what Go Natural offered. If you are open you can have a wonderful and memorable experience. I would travel there again before starting anything new and major in my life. It is truly a place where you can gain clarity and reset."

"After researching all the various yoga and detox retreats, I decided to head to this one in Jamaica. Corresponding with Prana prior to my visit was extremely helpful. She helped me with flights, and gave me all the preparation details for my detox and visit. I must say, this retreat was a life changing experience. I have acquired new ways of living and healthy eating as a result. I was initially just looking to get away to de-stress, eat some healthy food, and take in the beautiful Jamaican scenery. To my delight, I received so much more! Since I'm new to yoga, I was concerned that what I learned would not stick and that I wouldn't really like it or feel any benefits. Thanks to the twice daily yoga sessions, I'm happy to report that I'm quite addicted to it and have been practicing Hatha yoga everyday! Upon leaving, you will also receive an information CD with everything you've learned during your visit including recipes, reggae music, yoga positions, ebooks and so much more. The CD alone is a wealth of invaluable information. The meals and smoothies were freshly prepared and always delicious! Beware - portion control is in full effect during meal times but plenty of tea and smoothies to go around. Overall, this was a wonderful experience. I made some great new friends and learned healthy, positive, life changing habits which I've incorporated into my life."

"I did 10 days detox at Go Natural yoga resort in Jamaica and it was an amazing experience. It is such a relaxing place with the most amazing nature just next to the ocean. I enjoyed waterfront massage, waterfall swim, and beach relaxation. I did yoga every morning and evening and it was always customized to my mood and how I felt physically. I loved the yoga and the breathing exercises were great. I could really feel that I learned something, and was much better at it after the 10 days. I had an issue with my back when I came and when I left it was so much better. The biggest change was how much my mood and mental state changed over the 10 days. When I came, I was frustrated about my unemployment situation and generally stressed about living in a busy city like NYC. On day four, I had a breakthrough, I cried a bit, and I found out that I needed to stop thinking so much about money and what other people was thinking of me and my career, and just do what I felt passionate about. So all in all, an amazing experience!"

"I don't think it's possible to put into words how wonderful this trip was for me! Go Natural truly healed me, both physically, and mentally. This was my first time traveling alone out of the country and I was relieved to feel so safe and taken care of by the staff at Go Natural. The food was amazing and Ramjas took the time to explain all of the different foods and their benefits as well as the benefits of Ayurvedic food combinations. I felt that there was as much emphasis on the food as there was on the yoga, and I enjoyed learning, and of course eating. I was the only guest during my three-day stay, which couldn't have been more perfect for me.I had the hammocks all to myself and spent my time reading, swimming, eating, practicing yoga, and just being relaxed and happy. I did the waterfall trip which was incredibly beautiful. There was a local man, a guide, who took me on a hike through the waterfalls. He was very kind and a pleasure to spend time with. I loved getting to know Leon, the Go Natural driver. He was kind and funny and I felt much taken care of by him. The driving and road conditions are very different from the US, but I quickly realized that Leon knew what he was doing and knew the roads, so I sat back and enjoyed the ride. There were four dogs that lived on the property. They were so sweet and helped me from missing my dogs at home too much. The previous reviews I read before going were very helpful and spot on. This is a retreat for the nature lover; there is no TV and an on/off switch for the hot water in the shower. I wouldn't have had it any other way, but for some people this may not be ideal. I was upgraded to the ocean view room, which has a private bathroom. I listened to the waves crash at night. I learned so much about being healthy and was sent home with a CD that contains all of the recipes, yoga info, music, and other info so that I can keep utilizing this information. I truly miss Go Natural, Ramjas, Leon, Tracy, and I am a better person for having the experience."

"I spent two amazing weeks at Go Natural Retreat. It was the best vacation ever! I was dreaming to start new life with new food habits and regime but I didn't have chance in my busy life schedule to implement and continue with yoga practice and healthy habits every day. I choose 9 days of Detox program and 5 days of Master Cleanse program with no food. It was my first time of fasting in my life, I was excited but afraid that it is going to be hard to accomplish. But it wasn't hard at all. It was an amazing experience. I enjoyed of each day of my detox and cleanse, because of the really big help and support of my Yoga Teacher Ramjas.Ramjas is a professional, very knowledgeable, and caring host. She did everything possible to make me go through my challenging programs with peaceful and relaxing accommodation. She was even fasting with me and we went together through 5 days of Master cleanse. She is so caring, supportive, loving, and beautiful soul. She was motivating and encouraging through all my stay. Without her it wouldnt be possible. I am really grateful to Ramjas and Go Natural team. The food and juices were perfect, detoxifying smoothies from Tropical fruits, fresh herbal teas. Ramjas shared with me many healthy recipes and ideas how to maintain the healthy life style.Yoga on the beach with herbal teas was unreal and fantastic, with breathing and deep meditations. Natural creams masks, and scrubs that we did on the beach. That was made from organic and medicinal plants. Snorkeling and swimming in beautiful blue water with unbelievable fish. It was stress dissolving time, clearing on all levels, rejuvenating for soul, body, and connection with my inner self. It was the vacation that I was looking for so long. This had been truly transformational for me. Thank you Go Natural and God Bless You."

"It has been about three weeks since I came back from Go Natural, and I am finally getting to writing a review. I had a wonderful time rejuvenating my body and mind at Go Natural, and it was probably the best thing I have ever done for myself. I came to Jamaica completely depleted (physically, mentally, and emotionally), burned out, and feeling the weight of the world on my shoulders. I left feeling light as a feather, and apparently glowing (according to people around me). I would like to thank the wonderful staff at Go Natural, especially Ramjas, guest yoga instructor Janna Valentina Sky, the wonderful cook Fey, and driver Toni for their hospitality making me feel at home. It was great being exposed to new types of yoga, meditation techniques, and learning about healthy lifestyle choices (I'm trying to incorporate all those valuable lessons into my day-to-day life now that I'm back). The food, thanks to amazing Fey, was out-of-this-world delicious, and nourished my body and soul. I also appreciated all the teas, juices, and smoothies made out of local fruits and herbs with myriad healing properties. The trip to the Reach Falls was definitely a highlight of the trip for me, and I recommend to everyone to visit this magical place. If you have more time and want to do more exploring, I recommend going to the Blue Lagoon, Port Antonio market (also visit Bikini Beach while you're there), and Boston Beach. The Go Natural team would be happy to arrange the trips for you."
