Go Natural has prepared a yoga program that will suit your level, from beginner to intermediate for balance, immune system boost, weight loss, and concentration. During this retreat, you will be served three main daily vegetarian meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), delicious healthy snacks, and fresh fruits during the day, as well as unlimited water and herbal teas. Go Natural Jamaica offers an abundance of carefully selected fresh fruit, organic vegetables, homemade foods prepared with loving care and attention. The foods that are not served in this retreat include pork, beef, fish, chicken, white sugar, bread, refined flour, dairy products, alcohol, and sweets. Whenever you are not doing yoga, you can relax or read a book in a hammock as Go Natural has a library with books about yoga, healing, and wisdom topics. You can also swim in the sea or sunbathe at the beach. There are workshops and consultations taking place at Go Natural, all oriented on natural and healthy living.
Making homemade face masks and body scrubs, learning about healing herbs and making tea, making homemade cosmetics, Ayurveda knowledge workshops, chakras workshop, and art workshops will be also available.
