He has been fortunate to meet with saints, savants and shamans during his travels in Asia and Latin America who have blessed him with hands on knowledge of yoga, meditation, self-discovery, altered state of consciousness and much more.
Sunitha has taught yoga since 2005 after graduating from the Sivananda School of Yoga. She is an optimal mantra teacher as she had trained since a young age in Sanskrit and Mantras recitation. She has co-ordinated and co-taught yoga retreats since 2010 and she has also been organising and facilitating women-only retreats since 2015. She is a truly tantric yogini and her warm and smile energy is a blessing presence to all. Her passion for world cuisine and wholesome ingredients make her the an ideal facilitator for sumptuous and satvic feasts.

"Incredible people, incredible food, incredible holiday"
We had a lovely time with Vasco and Sunitha. They were both incredibly welcoming and kind people who made us feel at home straight away. We were the only people on this retreat as everyone else cancelled, so we got to know Vasco and Sunitha really well. They welcomed us into their home and we can't thank them enough for the experience.
Sunitha's cooking was out of this world, and we loved spending the evening cooking and preparing with her. Vasco was a character, with lots of interesting knowledge to share. The creative workshops in the afternoon with Vasco were great, and as therapists ourselves a real experience!
There was a lot of freedom and flexibility which was great - it meant that not only did we have a great retreat, but a great holiday also.
The accommodation was simple but had everything you needed. Comfortable beds, clean bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Great location too, very easy to access from the ferry, and walking distance to some lovely beaches.
We will be going back to see Vasco and Sunitha again!
