You will be staying in the Gschösswandhaus, a mountain restaurant 1800 meters above sea level, above Mayrhofen, in a perfect spot for letting go with a breathtaking view of the Zillertaler mountains. A side of the skiing area, Penken, in Mayrhofen, you can reach the hotel with the Penkenbahn cable car.

You can choose between private rooms (with or without your own bathroom) or a shared room. If you book a room without a private bathroom, you still have a basin in the room, with the other facilities just across the room. You have full privacy as all the showers are in separate, private, lockable rooms.

Start each day with morning yoga or Qi Gong class, then enjoy a generous and healthy breakfast made with organic, locally sourced ingredients and homemade bread. You can take extra from breakfast for lunch snacks during the day.

Go skiing or snowboarding during the day, direct from the hut, the Gschösswandhaus is situated directly beside the piste. globeseekers can tell you the best slopes to try and which mountain huts serve the best Tirolian dishes! If you need them, they can help with arranging lessons and equipment hire at a discounted rate. If you would rather enjoy a slower pace or a different activity, you can enjoy the great mountain views from the hut, take a walk on the winter hiking route, or try snowshoe hiking, tobogganing, or test out an Äsmo Powsurf board.

On a typical day, you will have a second additional course such as yoga philosophy and health coaching, introduction to Thai massage or Qi-Gong, an Acro yoga class, or an embodiment practice. The classes are designed to be suitable for all levels, with adjustments possible for every ability. Relax with sauna and wellness at the end of the day, in a hut where the little group of yogis will be the only overnight guests.

The schedule is flexible, but there will be something happening out in the snow every day. The lift pass, any lessons, and equipment hire are not included, but globessekers can help you with organizing the best deals on any rentals and passes you need.

Included excursions

You will have time for skiing/snowboarding, tobogganing, snowshoe hiking, and Äsmo Powsurfing board testing (conditions permitting).
