Global Flow Retreats invites you to join this yoga retreat in the exceptional healing environment of the Greek Island of Paros. Okreblue Seaside Yoga Retreat Center offers apartments that can comfortably accommodate up to three guests per room. There are different size rooms and studios, among which are double and triple rooms with single beds and single rooms. Each room or apartment has a private bathroom.
There are also two yoga halls. The first outdoor yoga hall is Artemis hall, situated in a beautiful secret area of the Okreblue Seaside Retreat Center. It is a 100-square-meter platform with wooden deck, wooden roof, and bamboo walls, offering full privacy.
The second hall is Da Vinci hall. It is another eco-friendly structure at Okreblue Seaside Retreat Center. This hall is about 170 square meters and takes its name after Leonardo Da Vinci’s first airplane design, which inspired the roof design. The wooden floor utilizes car tires as the foundation, which gives the floor a slight elasticity and a perfect connection with the earth. Da Vinci hall is ideal for yoga practice, martial arts, dance, movement, and all kinds of seminars and workshops.

After many years as a dancer and yoga practitioner, Barbra will be bringing you her personal ideas and insights on how to create a safe and sustainable yoga practice.
Soham Johansen is a force to be reckoned with when it comes to building, shaping, and supporting the Danish yoga scene. For almost 20 years, he has been teaching his heart out and is known for constantly bringing a new perspective to a time old tradition. Soham is the founder and sole owner of Hamsa Yoga Studio, a passionate lover of five-star hotels and all things with cream and butter. With a heart that is even bigger than his luscious proportions, he tenderly mixes biomechanics, poetry, and healthy self-effort into a wonderful dish.
As a yoga and meditation teacher and a holistic wellness coach, Konstantinos has devoted his life to personal transformation. Teaching since 1996, he is known for his playfulness as well as his intelligent, impassioned instruction. His classes encourage students of all levels to work deeply and safely, physically, and emotionally, and with joy and trust. He is a widely renowned international teacher, the founder, and director of studies at Bhavana Yoga Centre and is living and practicing in Athens.

She is committed to helping students to apply the life-affirming ideals of Tantric philosophy and mindfulness, skillfully and practically, into everyday life. Her gratitude for life and connection to spirit is palpable and her teachings leave students feeling grounded, joyous, and inspired.
This retreat will take place in Okreblue Seaside Yoga Retreat Center in Paros Island, Greece. It is managed by a couple with a love for yoga, nature, and healthy living that is visible in everything they do. Okreblue is located at Filizi beach, an area with exceptional natural beauty. Sand dunes, aged cedar forests, secret coves with sandy beaches and clear waters, and the long sandy beach of Santa Maria will surround you.

You will be served daily brunch and dinner as well as snacks during the retreat. Part of the retreat center is Caretta Healthy Restaurant and Café, where you will have your brunch and dinner while enjoying the sea view. The meals are prepared using organic products, the majority of which are picked fresh daily from Okreblue’s organic garden. The menu includes Caretta’s famous rich brunch, salads, cold plates, smoothies, raw vegetarian and vegan sweet delights, herbal tea, and more.
You can go to the restaurant, which is a communal space where you can relax, listen to lounge music, lie in the hammocks under the cedar trees, read a book, and enjoy the tranquility. You can also go for a walk to explore the beautiful surroundings.
Massage or other treatments can be booked at an additional cost, such as Ayurvedic yoga massage, Ayurvedic massage, traditional Thai massage, traditional Reiki therapies, and Tachyon cocoon.
Please book your flight to arrive at Paros National Airport (PAS). Transfer from and to this airport is available upon request. The cost for the pick up is 42 EUR per car with a maximum of four persons per car.
If you are coming by boat from Athens, there are two options: from Rafina port and from Piraeus port. Rafina port is closer to the airport, and you can get there either by taxi or by bus. By bus, it will take you around 45 minutes and it costs you 3 EUR. By taxi, it takes you less time but costs you higher.
Piraeus port is further from the airport than Rafina, and you can get there by bus, metro, or taxi. The metro and bus are convenient because they will leave you just a few meters from where you get the boat to Paros. Both the bus and metro take about one hour (the bus takes a little longer, depending on the traffic) to get to Piraeus and cost 10 EUR.
The two companies that sail to Paros are Blue Star Ferries and Hellenic Seaways. BlueStar ferries take about four and a half hours and run twice a day with the ticket price starts at 33 EUR. Hellenic Seaways takes about two hours and 45 minutes with the ticket price starts at 45 EUR.
When you arrive in Paros, you can either catch the bus from Parikia port of Paros to Naousa, and then take a taxi to Okreblue, or take a taxi straight to Okreblue. Global Flow Retreats can also arrange a pickup service from the port of Paros, which costs 30 EUR per car, with a maximum of four persons per car.
