During this teacher training, the emphasis will be on Vinyasa Flow, though all practices are considered as paths of conscious evolution. You will delve deeply into asana, pranayama, and meditation during this training. You will also incorporate Hatha, Yin, and ecstatic dance so that you may find your way and share your authentic and unique voice as a teacher. You will be encouraged to step out of your comfort zone, explore new territory, and question limiting beliefs.

The classes will also be fun, expansive, and inclusive. This intensive training is not a beach holiday, but you will have plenty of free time. This will be a process, a journey, a challenge, and a reward. This training is not only designed for those who want to become teachers. Many students often join for the process, the opportunity to deepen their understanding of yoga and themselves.

You will find yourself naturally stepping into a teaching role or people may even start coming to you because they recognize that you have something that they are seeking- peace, devotion, and integrity.

This 200-hours yoga teacher training will be a deep dive into self-study, embodied practice, and conscious community. The program lasts 28 days and there will be one full day off each week for you to explore the island, absorb all of the information, and integrate the practices.
