My friend and I booked the 5 night stay and play package. Room was sweet and clean and exactly what I had expected. Good air conditioning and the bed was large.
We were woken one morning to a very excited gecko which had decided to bunk with us and for something so small boy are they loud! Make sure you keep your bathroom door closed in the evening as the shower is open air to stop any bugs from coming in.
The yoga itself was a lovely easy flow style classes great for beginners and intermediates. If you are planning on taking the "Fly High" class book in the morning as the class fills up very quickly and we were disappointed to have missed out.
The staff were a mix of really friendly and some seemed a little moody but the overall service was great.
Breakfast was delicious with lots of healthy smoothie bowl options great for vegans/vegetarians and gluten intolerance.
They had scrambled eggs too if you wanted something more traditional.
We didn't partake in the diving but did a little bit of snorkeling and loved the beaches of Gili T.
Would highly recommend to stay here if you are looking for a relaxed atmosphere and a great healthy breakfast!

The accommodation was lovely, rooms large with beautiful bathrooms. The sliding doors do let some noise in but given the location that is expected. The Yoga was awesome, and the class is set up for people of all skills set, be warned though you will get hot and sweaty in some of the classes.
The freediving was fantastic. Having instructed as a sea kayak guide for the last three years, I can recognise the challenges around managing people of different skill sets, training background to produce a quality course. Viktor, our instructor, was great. He was direct and critical allowing us to develop better skill sets to increase our freediving potential. One bit of advice for future students of the level II course is watch where you eat (there is nothing worse than bali belly at 25mtrs) and also try and get some practice dives in prior to the course (it will save a lot of time)
Overall thrilled with the trip
Everyday even Holiday I love to do Yoga, so when i went in Gili Trawangan for 10 days it's happy place for me.
The place is good, complete with good props and the owner as a Yoga Teacher too is make me want come again and again.
I love the way teaching (even not smile a lot) but she is great teacher.
One day if i will back, will try to learn Free Diving
Very Recommended Place in Gili Trawangan.
Easy to find the place and good price.
I have had my ssi lvl 1 with viktor and the experience was amazing. I might travel to Gili T again just to do my lvl 2 at the same school.
I am a complete novice at Yoga and Meditation, I've only done it a few times in my life and had't done it in a long time. Gili Yoga is FANTASTIC.
The instructors Kate and Mika are excellent and have a vast knowledge of yoga and people - they both gave amazing instruction and options for beginners and the advanced. They both make a huge effort to make the class comfortable and safe, and ensure a non-judgmental atmosphere.
Needless to say, I'm now hooked!!

I had a great yoga class at the freedive center/yoga, etc. The place is super central, classes offered at good times and equipment is clean and free to use.

Good instructors at a peaceful atmosphere at the site. Good vinyasa flow, felt very relaxed afterwards and also felt like I had a bit of a workout, didn't stay at the accommodation but it looks good and I would try it next time!
Had a great time, wonderful teachers. We went 3 times over our 5 days stay on Gili Trawangan and it was a very enjoyable and relaxing moment every time.

Had a great stay here. Did the yoga classes two times a day every day I when was here. The instructors are excellent!
Step off the fast boat, walk up the beach and arrive at the doorstep of Freedive Gili and Gili Yoga. This place is not just about the dive classes, breathing training and increasing your flexibility, this is definitely one of the nicer places to stay on the island. Yes, it may not suit the budget conscious traveler, but if your destination is the Gili Islands, why not stay in style? My trip was to undertake some freedive training and I booked the accommodation as convenience was a higher priority than budget. The pictures on their site are spot on and the bungalows are an absolute treat to stay in. Daily sessions of Yoga outside your door are a nice touch too, whether you participate or just immerse yourself in the tranquility of the surroundings. The staffs are attentive to your every need and their local knowledge and advice on the places to eat or visit are fantastic.
Come here for excellent yoga. I love the yoga classes ....but try to find another place to stay. It is expensive by Bali standards. Breakfast was ok. Room was run down and not cleaned during our stay. Yoga mats are in rough shape. I love the yoga teachers but the manager was very unhelpful when I asked for clean towels or to make a local phone call.
