The bungalows are all freshly renovated and surrounded by stunning natural beauty. Only a short walk to the most beautiful panoramic view yoga shala of Koh Phangan. They are inspired by the natural environment and designed to create intimate and comfortable living spaces that embrace the whole of the forest. This is a place to rest and nurture, where you can feel at peace with the world.

Program

Living in an eco-resort and in the natural habitat nature grants permission to slow down, to listen deeply within, and peel away the layers that no longer serve you. When you engage with the natural world with meditative awareness and heart-mind connection, you find an opportunity for profound healing of your relationship with yourselves and with the earth.

A journey about connection

Through daily meditation, yoga, and breathwork you can strengthen your connection to the realm that sustains you and receive its loving embrace. Nature-based therapy practices like forest bathing, aqua healing therapy sessions in the ocean, and plant medicine rituals allow you to connect deep within while navigating healing paths to yourselves. By actively engaging with these ancient spiritual practices you are able to discover what lies beyond the boundaries of the material world, sparking a greater understanding of your inner being and its many mysteries.

Reconnecting and resting

Picture yourself in one of the most poetic settings imaginable; a panoramic view surrounded by spectacular natural beauty, with a gentle breeze brushing against your face. Now add to that the instruction of an experienced teacher, guiding you through gentle, combining movement, breathing, meditation, journaling, silence, and prayer in this serene environment – that is what awaits you at Koh Phangan's most beautiful yoga space. After a small detoxifying smoothie you will dive into an embodiment practice to explore your inner landscape, find more space inside and reawaken to your sensual, alive, and wise bodies. You will then share a delicious brunch with ingredients harvested from the permaculture garden and you will have some free time to explore the island and the most beautiful beaches or hike to the nearby waterfall of Koh Phangan.

You will meet again for a later afternoon workshop that will vary between nature reconnection practices, eco-therapy sessions, plant spirit communication, and creative expression explorations. The day will end with slow and unwinding practice, sometimes with gentle movement or with a sharing circle, some contemplative practice in nature, or a sacred plant medicine ritual. After dinner, you can stay silent, connect with your friends, or visit the village of Koh Phangan. If you choose to stay in silence, you may find yourself transported to another realm entirely. The sounds of the forest will wash over you and the stars will come out to play. You may even see some magical creatures!
