How the training works

The course consists of 184 contact hours for live sessions and 16 non-contact hours. All sessions are live and available for students to tune in via Zoom. The replays are then available for replay at any time on their Get Loved Up accounts. You will have your online yoga teacher training live weekly check-in calls on Tuesdays at 4:00 p.m. In these calls, you can meet and speak with other students and also speak with Koya where she will answer questions you have about the yoga teacher training, and you can ask any questions you may have about the training.

You will also have a private WhatsApp group and Instagram group chat to ask questions throughout the training. For this training, you can expect each week to dedicate 25 to 30 hours per week. There will be three 90-minute live calls. Attendance is required at one of the three and you can listen to recordings of others if preferred.

The live lessons are taught from Monday to Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (GMT-7). Get Loved Up understands you may need to miss some live calls due to vacations, illness, or family commitments. Just do your best to live virtually as much as possible. This is what makes this program so unique and interactive and helps you make lifelong friends with your fellow classmates.
