The Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort is majestically positioned on eight breathtaking acres of large Guanacaste and Pochote trees and features three waterfalls and streams that run throughout the grounds.
All accommodations include private bathrooms, including private to room or connected and shared with one or two participants. There are also outdoor private showers in each bungalow, air conditioning, free Wi-fi, stone sinks from Bali, fresh linens, and bedding that will give you the well-deserved rest you are looking for.
The yoga program will be a synergy of dynamic flow and alignment-focused sessions dedicated to facilitating within the participants the vibrant aliveness so unique to a yoga practice.
The surf session will have you grouped by experience level to maximize your experience and growth out on the water. Richard Schmidt and his staff will be working in smaller groups to support the development of each surfer - new to advanced.
The meditation instruction and meditation sessions will be dedicated to bringing down the barriers and deepening the practice of those who are already meditating regularly. As meditation deepens, you will come to see that it is a means for allowing yourselves to be what you will become.

Founded in January of 1999, this refuge has been home to injured, displaced, and orphaned wildlife from Nosara, and the Nicoya Peninsula region of Costa Rica. You can visit the refuge by advanced reservation and then be in Costa Rica for at least three days before visiting. This tour provides an invaluable opportunity to learn about the efforts taken to protect the native wildlife of Costa Rica and what steps the incredible volunteers at SIBU are taking to care for the injured and orphaned wildlife.
The Ostional wildlife refuge in Costa Rica was created in 1984 to protect the nesting site of the Olive Ridley Sea Turtle. The week before the new moon, hundreds and sometimes hundreds of thousands of sea turtles come to one specific mile of beach to dig their eggs into the black volcanic sand. If you are lucky, you may have the incredible opportunity to see this biological miracle.
