Kindly be informed that 200 Hours Yoga Teacher Training certification is a prerequisite to enroll this 300 Hours Yoga Teacher Training program. This training is a multi-style yoga teaching program which includes popular yoga styles and other activities to gain in-depth understanding and ethics of traditional yoga teachings and cultural values of ancient yoga. Ganga Yoga Academy offers yoga teacher training certification courses according to the international guidelines established by Yoga Alliance USA.

The course curriculum has been formulated with multi-style yoga syllabus that includes several yoga variations along with powerful meditation techniques and pranayama methods as well as mudras, bandhas, and kriyas associated with particular yoga postures.

Instructors

Swami Gopal Ji
The name Swami Gopal Sharma is a stockpile of yoga. Just at the age of 12, this journey has been started. His keen interest in Indian yoga and other pious areas drove him away from a common man perception and he has devoted himself to get the perfection in Yoga Shastra. He teaches Hatha yoga, Ashtanga yoga, Shivananda yoga, Mantra yoga, Kundalini yoga in Rishikesh, Dharamsala, Goa, Bodhgaya, Haridwar, Varanasi, Udaipur, Varkala in Kerala and other different parts of India. He has pursued an extensive study of our great heritage - the Vedas, Vedanta, the Upanishads, and the Gita.
Swami Shiva Brahmananda Saraswati
Swami Shivabrahmananda Saraswati left his home at the young age of 19 years in quest of spiritual knowledge. He spent three years on the banks of Narmada river doing penance. Following that he joined Arsha Vidya Peetham, Rishikesh where he completed the three year Vedanta course conducted by Dayananda Ashram from 2003 to 2006. After the course Swami Dayananda Saraswati himself sent him to the tribal belt in Madya Pradesh, India to start a free student home. He spent more than three years managing the student home.
Yogi Mohan Uniyal
Yogi Mohan Uniyal was widely known as the ashtanga guru. He is the master of Ashtanga Vinyasa. He started learning yoga age of 21. He has done his M. A. in Sanskrit (Sampurnanad University, Varanasi) and yoga (Uttrakhand Sanskrit university, Haridwar). He has traveled to various countries to promote yoga and health.
