Gail is Yoga Alliance E-RYT 200 registered for over 17 years and an excess of 2500 hours teaching experience. She has studied many styles of yoga and believes a yoga teacher’s path is like that of the individual practicing yoga. It's an ongoing process, a path to travel, not a destination. Her passion is to teach in a way that builds body awareness, educates people about their body, and explain how the things you do in your daily life can create stiffness, illness, injury, and how through simple practices you all have the opportunity to do something for yourself to create positive change.
