Join the immersion training that is broken into 15 hours of water time and 10 hours classroom training spent honing your paddle skills, learning key techniques, turns and water safety, while learning to teach SUP yoga and paddle fit classes. Also acquire a comprehensive understanding of all equipment required to teach and choose proper equipment (boards, paddles, accessories, anchors, and fins). Learn how to plan and facilitate full moon paddleboard meditations, sunset paddles, and how to plan kids paddle camps and adventures.

Program

The program will allow you to have three days on or near the water learning to facilitate and teach paddleboard yoga classes, plan business for full moon paddleboard meditations, sunset paddles, and even how to plan kids paddle camps and adventures. The three-days of training will be broken down into water time and classroom training.

You will learn how to correct paddle skills and turns, water safety, modification of yoga poses on the board, and teach beginner and advanced students. Before you leave the training, you will teach and demonstrate your first paddleboard yoga class.

Included excursions

If the weather permits you will have the opportunity of paddling local mangrove, seagrass, and shallow hard-bottom habitats.
