Join Courtney and Jolie broken down into 15 hours of water time and 10 hours classroom training spent honing your paddle skills, learning key techniques, turns and water safety, while learning to teach SUP yoga and paddle fit classes. Also acquire a comprehensive understanding of all equipment required to teach and choose proper equipment (boards, paddles, accessories, anchors, and fins). Learn how to plan and facilitate full moon paddleboard meditations, sunset paddles, and how to plan kids paddle camps and adventures.

Your stay in one of their quiet and peaceful vacation rentals will give you the perfect chance to relax in total tranquility, while also having the eccentric, colorful, and artistic city of Key West and marine encounters, like the Dolphin Research Center, Turtle Hospital, the Blue Hole, and Aquarium Encounters within your reach.
The program will let you have three days on the water learning how to facilitate and teach paddleboard yoga classes, plan business for full moon paddleboard meditations, sunset paddles, and even how to plan kids paddle camps and adventures. The three-days of training will be broken down into water time and classroom training.
You will learn how to correct paddle skills and turns, water safety, modification of yoga poses on the board,and teach beginner and advanced students. Before you leave the training, you will teach and demonstrate your first paddleboard yoga class.

Courtney is a dive master who grew up navigating the waters of coastal Florida and has a degree in wildlife ecology and conservation. She was an ex-gymnast who later changed her path to in-depth training of Hatha, Kundalini, and Vinyasa yoga that she received upon her journey to India. With her as a trainer, she evokes an understanding of interconnectedness through a focus on self-love, nature, and service. Courtney continues to grow her practice through deeper explorations of meditation and pranayama techniques. She now teaches various levels and styles of paddleboard yoga in Florida.
This training will take place in beautiful and sparkling Florida Keys in Florida, USA. Home to North America's only barrier reef and the 3rd largest in the world, this is an ideal place to practice on the water. The retreat is located less than 45 minutes from Key West, which is a world unto its own, offering theatre, museums, shopping, dining, historical sites, and a raucous party atmosphere.
