Hatha Vinyasa and Yang Yoga is the perfect way to prepare your bodies for the day ahead through strength, flexibility, or simply just better breathing. Afternoon Yin yoga will bring balance within your energy systems and a unique sense of physical and mental calmness. In the satsang sessions, we will be focusing on personal development (know yourself and love to be with yourself).
Healthy cooking workshops. Marta owns a Healthy food renowned company in Lisbon called Be Wel`. She gives workshops on Healthy cooking that taste yummy and in addition, is gourmet! She also cooks kits for home delivery so if we want to eat at home it's an option to order her kits.
Vasco is the owner and surf manager of Shaka surf school that is located in Guincho Beach. He has been surfing before he could walk.
Davide is Italian from Modena, he is a very qualified Kite and Surf Instructor and he is the Free Spirit Kite Surf Manager that organizes the best tours and the best places to go according to the wind. Besides that, he is also an Electrician, Handy Ma, and the son of a great Herbalist and Yoga Guru.
Ida is a Finnish wellness professional and ambassador. She has dedicated 8 years of her life to studying emotional wellbeing in the field of yoga. She is an exercise advisor, licensed personal trainer, as well as a licensed yoga teacher and has developed an innovative retreat program to teach Yin and Yang styles. She is known from her healing hands and gentle and safe assisting. Ida’s day consists of a morning ritual; meditation and chanting, her own yoga practice, teaching classes for the local community, surfing with friends, functional training, eating plant-based foods and resting properly
