Instructors
Carole
Carole is a yoga teacher, lifestyle coach, entrepreneur, and the creator of Free Spirited Wanderer and Authentic Feminine Mastermind. She majored in business and studied abroad three times: in Spain studying business, in India studying Buddhist philosophy, and in Cambodia to feed her adventurous, life-experience, and knowledge-seeking soul. She completed her yoga teacher training in Nepal (200 YTT, 2014) and India (300 YTT, 2018). She started leading yoga retreats in 2017 through Free Spirited Wanderer, and has hosted 26 to date as of February 2025.
Lucie
Her spirit brings into the space a softness, lightness and fluidity. Through yoga as a therapy, herbs as medicine, ancient practices and sacred rituals, Lucie guides women to connect with their own medicine. She loves to share her practices and teachings with others through sacred rituals and workshops. On the retreat Lucie will take you into a world of medicinal herbs and flowers through preparing food, herbal remedies, and a women's workshop. (Lucie is right side in the photo).
Anna
She will take you into a world of creativity, joy and to your true authentic essence. As a herbalist, alchemist, and plant based chef she turns the kitchen into a healing sanctuary. She will share her medicine through medicine food and natural workshops, where you explore the infinite potential of Mother Nature and you will be able to strengthen your relationship with food and nature. Through food and herbs Anna supports fertility, creativity, improving digestion, and softening the nervous system. (Anna is left side in the photo).
Laura Klasuer
Laura has been a professional photographer since 2010. She is also a certified yin & vinyasa yoga teacher. During retreats she documents the big and small moments that capture the essence of what makes an FSW retreat so special and memorable. She will also be offering 1:1 photography sessions to participants with limited space available. In addition to photography, Laura will teach an evening yin class and be providing logistical assistance during this retreat to ensure everything goes smoothly and everyone feels right at home during their FSW experience.
