During this holiday, you can stay overnight on your own in a small room with a shared bathroom or a large ocean view private room with an en-suite bathroom and a balcony. You can choose to share with another person in an extra large or a large ocean view room having an en-suite bathroom and a balcony.
This is not just any yoga retreat. Your guides, Ela and Elena are Certified Sattva Yoga Instructors. Sattva yoga was created by the world-renowned guru, Anand Mehrotra and your teachers traveled to India to learn this powerful practice. Sattva in Sanskrit means "whole". This is a holistic practice that includes all the traditional and sacred practices of the ancient Tantric yoga tradition, Kundalini Kriyas, pranayama, meditation, mudras, mantras, asanas, and Vinyasa. The practice includes all of these elements weaved in a flow that will command your full presence, allowing you to come out of your mind and into your heart, where powerful transformation occurs.
You are going to gather in a beautiful sanctuary by the ocean in Bali, the island of Gods where the magic happens within and without. You will also join your powerful Shakti energy, unite in sacred practices to heal yourselves and the planet, connect and merge with mother nature, pray for you and for the world, and raise your vibration and that of the environment around. The "Goddess Gathering by the Sea" is a celebration of your infinite power to heal, to inspire, and to thrive for love and peace for the whole of humanity.
During the retreat, you will practice daily movement and meditation sessions including Kundalini, Kriyas, and Vinyasa yoga for all levels, pranayama, mantra and chanting, Pilates, ecstatic dance, and freedom movements. You will also take part in sacred ceremonies and rituals based in the Tantric and Balinese traditions such as daily Puja, water purification ceremony, and fire ceremony.
Optional excursions including free diving and snorkeling and additional massage therapy and private healing services are available for relaxing during your free time. Plenty of relaxation and restoration in the form of hammock naps, sunbathing by the pool, and frolicking on the beach are also waiting for you.
The retreat will take place in Bali, Indonesia. The sanctuary is located on the coast of Karangasem in East Bali, between the island’s renowned dive destinations, Amed and Tulamben. The resort sits in a splendid isolation on a small hill fronting a beach of volcanic black sand with spectacular 360-degree across the ocean to the east and the sacred mountain, Gunung Agung to the west.
The creators of this gorgeous gem poured so much love into planning their beautiful garden, learning about permaculture, researching plants that thrive in arid conditions, designing intelligent water management systems, and creating a healthy ecosystem that supports everything they grow including fruit trees, vegetables, herbs, flowers, and medicinal plants.
So far, there have been planted and are already partly harvesting bananas, papayas, pineapples, passion fruit, grapes, figs, coconut, guava, watermelon, lemon, sweet potato, eggplant, pumpkin, tomatoes, boni, basil, dill, chillies, tarragon, mint, ginger, lemongrass, moringa, rosella, noni, pandan, tulsi, daun raja, tumalawak, temu kunci, sambiloto, aloe vera, neem, purslap, plantaran, nettle, frangipani, cempaka, and jasmine.
The chickens roam around, rewarding with freshly laid eggs and helping with pest control. Amed is the nearest village and reachable with just a 15-minute walk on the beach or a 20-minute scooter or car ride.

All vegetarian and optional vegan meals are included in the package. Providing slow food, whole food, organic food, and soul food, the menu focuses on traditional Balinese food but with a healthy approach, and slow food, for sure, as everything is prepared slowly and carefully with much laughing and loving and definitely there is no microwave oven here.
The small menu engages the senses and changes every day according to the available ingredients. Vegetarian or mostly vegan and gluten-free use ingredients freshly harvested from the garden or purchased from the local market, plus organic rice (a mix of heritage white and traditional Balinese red).
All sambals and sauces are home produced. For salad dressings, the vinegar is also home-made with local palm wine and use herbs and greens from the organic garden. Home-made products include vinegar, herbal salt, granola, raw chocolate, spices-infused arak, hot Tabasco, kombucha, all kind of herbal teas from the garden, and chili oil.
