Casa Umoja guesthouse is surrounded by a big tropical garden which invites to relax and enjoy the pleasures of the island.

The entrance gate is a few steps away from the white sandy beach and the blue ocean.

Casa Umoja is a one-storey house with five rooms. Additionally, it offers four bungalows which are embedded in the spacious tropical garden. Well decorated rooms each with its private veranda, shower with wc, fans, cold and warm water, breakfast and much more. Please note that there is no air conditioning in the room, only fans.

Please note that the teacher training Asana classes will take place in a Garden View Shala, a 10-minute walk away from Casa Umoja.

Off day on Sundays. Arrival, welcoming, opening and introduction on 4 June 2017 (Sunday) at 17.00. Training starts on 5 June 2017 (Monday morning). Closing Ceremony: Saturday night 1 July 2017. Departure: 2 July 2017. Any additional night before or after the training can be booked and paid directly with Casa Umoja.

Pre-requisites:

A year or more of regular yoga practice. Sincere and enthusiastic yearning to learn more about yoga on every level: meditation, pranayama, philosophy, anatomy, teaching methodology among others.

This course will enable you to:
