During the training, you will stay at Durga Guest House, Rishikesh, India. Yoga Sadhna India offers a well-maintained twin sharing accommodation. It is located in a clean and comfortable ashram and has hot water, attached bath, western toilets, and all the other essentials you would need to pursue yoga training. Early registration gets you the best rooms.

The rooms are simple yet cozy and provide all the necessary comforts. Single rooms are also available upon request with an additional cost. The venue is close to the market place to help you take care of your daily essentials. Yoga Sadhna India's locations are selected with great care and are situated in serene quiet places to facilitate teachings and training.

Upon completion of this yoga teacher training, students will receive certificate affiliated with Yoga Alliance USA. Registration with Yoga Alliance USA provides a globally recognized credential.

Hatha yoga

Hatha yoga is where you begin your practice. It is the foundation of all yoga styles. Hatha yoga teacher training guides you to balance and harmonize the sun and moon, which are the two main energies in the body. Its practice purifies and awakens your Pranic energy. As a result, it improves flexibility, builds muscles, corrects posture, and strengthens joint mobility.

The stronger you are in your Hatha yoga practice, the better you are getting in yoga and in any other style. After your training, you will get a Yoga Alliance certificate to teach yoga. You will not only become a yoga teacher, but you will also create and inculcate a yogic way of life in you.

This yoga teacher training is important for your personal and professional growth. The program is inclusive of the Ashtanga and Vinyasa style practices and provides a great way to start your journey. It also covers diverse yoga asana styles and postures and provides you a practical know-how, practice, guidance, and make you knowledgeable about yoga science. Alignment and adjustment (10-hour)

Asanas (50-hour)

  • Balancing poses, meditative poses, forward and backward bending poses, twist poses, invert and kneeling poses, and standing and supine poses
  • Detailed teaching of Ashtanga Vinyasa primary series one and Hatha yoga 36 asanas
  • Different schools of sun and moon salutation
  • Joints and glands exercises
  • Maximum number of asanas to cover different joints and members of the body
  • Sequencing and flow of asana practice

Mantra chanting (five-hour)

  • Lessons on mantra with their meaning and rhythm

Meditation (10-hour)

  • More than five meditational techniques and styles

Mudras and Bandhas (five-hour)

  • Covers four types of 36 Mudras and four bandhas, its usage, technique, and benefits

Pranayamas (10-hour)

  • Eight different types of pranayamas
  • Four types of yogic breathing, diaphragmatic breathing, knowledge of Ida, Pingla, and Sushumna Nadis
  • Utilizing different ratios of breath in prananyama

Teaching methodology (10-hour)

She has dedicated her life educating and imparting lifestyle changes to thousands of her clients in the East and West through supportive, non-judgmental ways of utilizing holistic and integrative approach of the mind, body, and heart.

This 100-hour yoga teacher training program will be held at Durga Guest House, Laxman Jhula, Rishikesh, India. Located in the foothills of the Himalayas in northern India, Rishikesh is a relaxed place that will enable you to get into a very peaceful atmosphere. Rishikesh has numerous yoga centers that attract many tourists. It is believed that meditation in Rishikesh brings people closer to attainment of moksha, as does a dip in the holy river that flows through it.
