Our mind is always working. That is normal. Sometimes we feel anger, sadness, sexuality, stress. That time, our mind makes emotional blockages that are stored in our body. Through the Emotional Blockage Treatment by Swami Vipin Gyan, all emotional blockages are removed from your body. Thus, you feel more light, flexible and peaceful in your mind. During the course, you will learn how to give this treatment to others, as well, and how to become emotionally free. You will be taught a balanced mix between yoga, meditation and the Emotional Blockage Treatment. You will be guided individually, as the group sizes will be small.

You will be staying in bright and clean rooms where you can relax, sleep, and make yourself feel comfortable. Clean bed sheets, blankets, and pillows will be provided. You will have your own bathroom with hot water and you can use the Wi-Fi for free. Your classes are located at the same building as your accommodations, so teachers are easily accessible to you throughout the day. You can chose between single or shared accommodation. Shared accommodation means to share a room and double bed.
Swami Ji has been teaching and guiding spiritual seekers and yoga aspirants for the past decades. He is the founder of Yoga India Foundation in Rishikesh and introduces his rare meditation and healing therapies to his students from all over the world.
Dr. Vipul Aryan
Vipul holds doctor’s degree in yoga science. He has two master degrees– one in yoga philosophy and one in Sanskrit (-the ancient language of yoga). He has also done Post Graduate Diploma in yoga and holistic health. Vipul has deep knowledge about ayurveda and yogic therapeutic system. Vipul has written two dissertations about yoga. he has been invited two times in international yoga conference and many times in national seminars in India. His many research papers about yoga and culture have been published in some famous yoga magazines.
Shakti is a uniquely inspiring and experienced Meditation, Pranayama and Yoga Nidra teacher and therapist. She is DR in naturopathy from Gorakhpur school of naturopathy which includes whole naturapathy treatments, Diet and Yoga therapy. Her spiritual journey started from very childhood onwards under the guidance of her mother who was in the path of Bhakti yoga. Later on, her meditation deepened when she got initiated to Osho Neo sanyas in year 2004. She lived, learned and served in almost all well-known ashrams in India. She also gained deep understanding of Yoga from Bihar School of Yoga Mung
His journey for the search to know himself started at a very early age when he was 7 years old. He developed devotion for god shiva, Krishna and keertan bhajan. His thrust for bliss and truth took him to the masters of yoga, tantra and meditation. The search lead him to many spritual organizations throughout India. He did some extended courses from SVYASA and Bihar School of Yoga.
Dhammo studied English and Arts, Photography and Administrations. At Yoga India Foundation, he is responsible for the management and organization of courses, classes and overall well-being of the students. All students love his calm and bright nature.

The food provided during the course is based on a healthy yogic and sattvic dietary plan, three times a day; breakfast, lunch and dinner. You will receive three vegetarian meals per day that are deliciously and freshly prepared.
Music connects you deeply with yourself and with others in the most extraordinary and liberating ways. During the weekends, we host Jam sessions, concerts and Mantra circles.
If you are seeking alternative therapies to heal, increase relaxation, or learn more about yourself, Yoga India Foundation has a variety of spiritual treatments available such as Reiki, Sound Healing and Christal Healing.
When you’re in the mood to watch a movie (bollywood/any other), you are welcome to join the Saturday-movie nights. At Yoga India Foundation, they play nice movies and sometimes also yoga documentaries. Indian sweets and popcorn are, of course, provided.
A really fun part about Laxman Jhula is having many shops, stalls, and stores. If you have time during your busy training schedule, go wander around for a bit and see what you can find. There are lots of fun clothing to buy like pants, shirts, shawls, and scarves. Some other items that are available in the nearby markets include candles, yoga gear, natural or Ayurvedic beauty and personal care products, religious items, healthy food, snacks, and much more.
Please book your flight to arrive at Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL), from where you can take a domestic flight to Jolly Grant Airport Dheradun (DED). The price of the ticket ranges depending on when you book it, but it’s usually around 70 USD. Upon arrival, you can use a complimentary taxi ride that takes you from Dheradun airport to Yoga India Foundation, in Tapovan, Rishikesh.
Alternatively, you can also hire a private car to take you from Delhi to Rishikesh (6-7 hour ride). The cost is 40 USD. Yoga India Foundation will be pleased to organize a safe taxi for you. The taxi driver will hold a sign with your Name up at your arrival Gate in Delhi.
The Volvo buses from Delhi to Rishikesh stop running around 21:00. If your plane arrives in Delhi in the evening, you will have to get a hotel for the night and then make your way to Delhi ISBT (inter-state bus terminus) in the morning.
From the airport, you can get a prepaid taxi to take you to Delhi ISBT. The price from the Delhi airport to Delhi ISBT will be 500 INR.
Once you arrive at Delhi ISBT, navigate your way to the bus station’s ticket stands, on the second level (go up the escalator). Go to the Uttarakhand State booth and ask when the next Volvo bus will be leaving for Rishikesh. The bus ticket approximately costs between 300 to 400 INR.
Once you arrive at Rishikesh bus station, find an auto rickshaw (tuk tuk) to take you to Laxman Jhula Bridge. From there, it is only a two-minute walk to Yoga India Foundation.
