While immersing yourself in your yoga practice, you will be looking out at the Atlantic Ocean while enjoying the intimate setting of only eight guests. The farmhouse was brought back to life at the turn of this century, along with retaining the original features; the double height, underfloor heating, and yoga studio was added.
There are four double or twin bedrooms and two bathrooms which the majority of guests will be sharing. The four rooms are allocated upon arrival and will accommodate two people each. Private rooms are subject to availability for a supplement of 55 EUR. You will enjoy the experience of a traditional Irish farmhouse with beautiful views of the famous Old Head and of course, the Atlantic Ocean.
You will arrive on Friday at 17:00, just in time for a strong yoga class after sunset. You will end the day with a soothing Restorative yoga practice or with yoga Nidra, creating that dream-like high after savasana, which must be felt to be believed. Yoga is suitable for all levels.
For the rest of the weekend, you will enjoy mouthwatering vegetarian meals, two sunrise yoga practices, and an evening yoga class.
